Was having an issue with my charging port, they were able to fix my issue immediately. Very happy with their service, will definitely be back if I have issues with my phone in the future.

Extremely helpful service
Alan was extremely helpful from initial interaction all the way through to delivering my phone back to me. He went above and beyond my phone was fixed in a much shorter time than anticipated. I would absolutely recommend fon fix to anyone looking to get their phone repaired. The staff were all extremely helpful in a stressful time when your phone is broken!

I've been trying to talk to someone all morning as I don't know if I have to collect my order or if they're going to deliver it to me. Comunicación is very poor and not prompt. I need to plan my day around this.

Hi Luciana, if you dropped unit into our repair centre then the device would be at our front desk awaiting your collection when repair is completed.
Excellent service
I've used Fónfix twice now, and both times the service has been excellent. Adam at the front desk, in particular, provided wonderful client care.

I had an issue with my phone and I had the pleasure of dealing with Adam . He was so helpful and his people person skills are admirable. I had some difficulty with my phone getting it fixed but Adam assured me that it would be resolved .

very very expensive if your device is…
very very expensive if your device is out of warranty. I was quoted 450 euros for almost intact phone which got repaired for 100 euros outside. They even didn't check the phone and sent it back to me after I refised their quote

Hi Manav, looking at your repair I can see we estimated for outer screen ( due to crack on lens) and main screen. The fault you described to Samsung was main screen would go blank when unplugged. this fault occurs due to the main flex becoming faulty which is embedded in behind the screen and hinge. Based on training and knowledge provided by Samsung, this requires a screen replacement which we quoted you for.

The service was so fast and topnotch. Courteous and a great guy Adam, the front desk staff.

Fonfix, does exactly what it says!
Adam at the front desk takes his time to explain things to you. He gives you some well-explained options and then tells you when you can expect to have your device back. Which by the way, is always accurate. Overall a great no fuss, no-time-wasting, efficient service that does exactly as advertised. Well done to all involved.

Phones screen and backing was repaired so well it looks as if it is brand new again!

I have mixed feelings..
I have mixed feelings... my phone was repaired very quickly and within 2 days they replaced the batteries and sent the device back to me. But the "new" battery is damaged in my opinion because the phone does not last even one day with occasional use... 5 minutes after disconnecting the charger from 100% it becomes 94%... I am trying to contact about this but the contact is difficult because I do not receive an answer

Hi Radoslaw, we use and source parts directly from manufacturer which are logged on they're system when a repair is created and part is used. I can see you selected a battery replacement which we fulfilled, there could be further issues with your device that may be causing this fault. I will have one of our staff members contact you to discuss further.

Hi, device would normally be sent back to depot for delivery attempt on another day or it would be returned to our repair centre if multiple attempts fail.
Very efficient service
Very efficient service. They made it so simple to send my phone up to them for repair. Would highly recommend. Phone is working great.
