Poor quality custom mug
Ordered a custom mug. It came blurry and with a terrible ink run on it. Was due to receive a new one next day delivery but still waiting a week after.

I'm sorry again about the situation with your mug. To clarify, when you let us know that the original mug you had received was faulty, we immediately issued a replacement and shipped this Royal Mail Tracked 24. Unfortunately it looks like Royal Mail are experiencing delays in your area, likely due to ongoing strikes - this is out of our control, and is why you didn't receive your replacement mug immediately.
Your replacement mug has now been delivered - please refer to the tracking that we have already provided for further information on this.
Custom orders are non-refundable as they are created to your exact specifications, meaning we cannot resell returned orders. It can take a little time for us to illustrate to a high standard, and mugs can take a few days to print as we cannot start the printing process in advance for completely custom orders. With this in mind, we always provide a digital version of your illustration in two forms (social media and digital art print) so that you can use this as a placeholder in case your physical gift doesn't arrive in time for your intended date.
I am sorry that you have felt the need to leave a 1 star review here. We're a very small business and reviews like this really hurt us, particularly when I see that we have done all that we can to accommodate your requests.
