I found the whole process, from choosing the footstool, ordering samples and then delivery of the finished product very easy. I am extremely pleased with the quality of my footstool it looks great and exactly what I ordered.

I'm not given to writing reviews but I love my footstool so much that I am delighted to. I chose one of the in house fabrics (Helter Slate) and it looks fantastic against our antique persian rug, while the plain tapered legs work with our 1960s sofa. Best of all it is really comfortable and my legs are at a perfect comfortable height now for TV watching.
Service, communication and everything was straightforward. the only challenge was unwrapping the parcel because it was so well wrapped and prepared.
An unexpected bonus, it is a perfect height for using for exercises with my weights at home!

I was really pleased with the quality and workmanship of the Footstall that I ordered. I was also impressed by the customer service, the correspondence was excellent and I received my Footstall the same week as I was told when I placed my order.

The footstall arrived & I was very pleased with the well built item. The finish on the footstall is excellent, the hinges are strong and there is enough space in the storage area for 2 heavy throws. The colour is true to the swatch I ordered from. All in all a great experience from ordering online to delivery, being notified along the way & the driver who helped me with the packaged footstool, carrying it inside the house.

We ordered a stool which was extremely well priced. Quick delivery dates too. There were plenty of choices in fabrics and leg options too. On receipt of the stool just two weeks after the order was placed, we were delighted. Well made and perfect for the space we bought it for. Highly recommend the company. Thrilled!

Very good communication from the company and a lovely product

The wool fabric is lovely and the build seems good but the ‘legs’ were of real poor quality hence only 3 stars. I’ve had to replace them as they were so bad.

Cushions were ok but pricey - not even feather stuffing!

Very helpful, prompt service. I haven't actually opened my footstool from it's wrapping yet because we are still completing works but they handled everything, ordering fabric, delivery by helpful man on time

Communication was good from ordering samples, right through to quotation and delivery. Our bespoke size request was accommodated with only an additional pro rata cost, rather than an additional premium charged by most companies, if indeed they even contemplate such requests. We were kept informed all along the journey and the product itself when it arrived was exactly as expected. Excellent quality and a perfect addition to our room. Would definitely recommend.
