I gave the dimensions and requirements to the company and they provided just what I wanted. I provided the material for the lid which matches my curtains. All specified, discussed and price agreed by e-mail. A quality product, the finish is flawless.

Good choice of fabrics though we sent our own fabric for the first footstool to match our sofa.
Very considerate with the delivery as we were due to go on holiday the next day. The delivery driver arrived the evening before.

I had a bespoke version of the ottoman made, quality is exceptional along with the material, craftsmanship and response for my questions.
Although they are not the cheapest thing on the market, sometimes you get what you pay for and this is a classic example.

From requesting fabric samples to the footstool/table being delivered.. great service. 6 samples sent out no postage, emailed letting me know when approx time it would take to make. It arrived in before they said .
