I bought this electric wheel chair so my wife could navigate soccer fields and parks without sidewalks so she could watch our grandchildren play in sports. The wheel chair is stable and navigates lawns fairly easily. It folds up quickly and easily fits in the back of our van. The batteries last a long time on a charge and we've NEVER been stranded due to the power supply draining and that's after owning it for more than 2 years.

With all the pain u dont want to even live somedays. Remember this when your looking to buy for someone. I lost 8 discs and have severe pain and sciatica.. I finally have legs my chair. I feel like bumblebee the transformer in it. It goes great over bumbs lumps and a smooth ride.. I still hurt everyday even in the chair but now I pray harder to get better. For the 1st time in almost 5 years I have independance .. it closes great opens fast but it's hard to do urself. Of course nothings made easier .. we are broken people but out of what I seen u unlock the wheels and roll it out of your trunk.. getting it back in isnt easy. My throttle moves a bit doesnt screw in tight. I'm afraid it will break .. it's not bad bad just a little tipsy. They all have issues I've seen many, I think out of all this is best. You also have that option that if u run out of juice u unlock wheels make sure.. important not to break it and can be pushed by someone. My battery seems to last a long .. I'm happy about that. I ride the mall now somewhere I havent gone in years and the movies. I say if u want a chair this one will suit u. Oh one thing I'm gentle with my things and the bottom bag one zipper doesnt work. I'm afraid to loose my wires..

Purchased a few years ago. We like everything about the chair except that when you move the joystick to operate it, there is an unacceptable delay.

Better water proofing,shatter proof mud flaps,thicker cusions,locking mechanism for when it is folded and a little faster....this is my second one left wheel gear failure on first but still like the chair!

Hard to get in touch by phone. I was promised 2 new additional batteries at the time of purchase. The salesperson said he did not have any available at that time. Now, I am unable to contact anyone to get my batteries.
I will not recommend to anyone a Forcemech wheelchair.

I have had no contact with Forcemech since I purchased the chair, about 2 years ago. The chair itself seems reliable; I have had no problems. The company, however, seems less than focused on maintaining contact with their customers.

I love my FORCEMECH CHAIR and receive many compliments. People like the ease and style of the chair, because the chair is easily stowed away during several flights (domestic and international). I have some problems with my chair and Forcemech responded immediately to rectify all issues.

Customer service rep was prompt and knew exactly what i needed from the description i gave him of the wheelchair we owned and the batteries we needed. he was very knowledgeable, helpful and knew what he was talking about.

Purchased on January 11, 2018. Well packaged when delivered. Has been a 100% reliable chair. As a disabled veteran this chair is my battle buddy when traveling. At 5’11” and 210 lbs and whatever my carryon weighs, this chair has more than enough power. A little heavy to lift if you have limitations but doable. I've had my navigator XL for over five years now. Other than some dings and bangs from travel it still looks and works great

I called for info on my chair as my granddaughter had a bad knee replacement that resulted in putting a rod in her leg and it does not bend.
