The mobility chair is EXCELLENT for all uses. It is good for grass and medium off-road use. It is reliable and has a good range before needing recharge. The customer service is excellent. The chair has now found a new home with a disabled military veteran. He, and his spouse, are very satisfied.

Excellent chair, good battery life, well made, easy to operate, comfortable & stylish. MS user on occasion for large buildings to conserve energy. Thank you forcemech! Been using for about 3 years now.

I have been a ForceMech customer for over 3 years. The main thing I like about ForceMech besides it's wheelchair is the customer service. It is outstanding! I very rarely see that. I am talking about Joey. I hope you kept him around.

We received the wheelchair for my husband with no difficulty whatsoever. It was perfect for him to use at our sons wedding after his hospitalization. He is a large man and the wheelchair fit him perfectly. He still uses it occasionally when necessary. We have taken it on airplanes and never had a problem. The battery is really long lasting.

This is actually my second Forcemech wheelchair. I have the NavigatorXL which is great for all terrain. I just received the Carbon f1 which is great for indoor or flat purposes. It is also much easier to lift as it weighs less than 40lbs. We travelled from Maine to Yellowstone and back again. I cannot tell you how many people have asked about it or taken pictures of it!

I have had very little trouble with my chair. Needed a new battery that was still under warranty and they took care of it! A piece needed to be tweaked to keep the chair from closing while I was in it and they gave my hubby great instructions on how to fix it. No trouble since!!

We are currently in market for replacement. We will be considering another brand because of machine and poor customer service. We a bolt come use and get lost while on vacation. Called company, promised à replacement by express shipping but never came even after followup calls Had find something elsewhere that would work. Design could be much better

I called several times with questions about how to do something with the wheelchair but no one ever got back to me. I did find answers when I went on to YouTube and found answers so very disappointed that the tech services does not return phone calls

The weight of the wheelchair was why I bought it. It is light enough that I can lift it myself into my car, which allows me to be truly independent, which is a game-changer for me. People ask me about it all the time and I show them how easy it is to work and fold and lift. I'm probably one of your best spokespeople. Just this week I convinced my podiatrist to check out the Forcemech website to help her husband.

Force mechanism is a great power wheelchair which has enabled participation in activities such as trails that are hard , fairs, etc. The chair has excellent batteries, light weight and powerful.

Bought this for my brother in law. He relies on wheelchair to get around. He has few other model that range from lightweight to more heavyweight for everyday use. Upon receipt of this new wheelchair he loves it. "The best and most reliable lightweight fold-able wheelchair I have ever used" that was direct quote from him. He will definitely buy again, may be upgrade version in the future when the company have new product. The removable battery and clear information makes it super easy when travelling. He normally spend hours at check-in counter with the airline requirement for battery wattage and safety. First time he traveled with this new wheelchair, it took him 5 minute at check-in counter and no time wasted at boarding gate. love it love it love it. The sharp bright color make it even more attractive and easy to love. this is truly a great product, my brother in law told me multiple time to post this review on his behalf.

Love my chair. Because of my age and medical issues I had to develop a way to get it in & out of my car (use a blanket thrown over edge of trunk and slide it up/down easily) but feel like I am driving a tank. Has been difficult lately to get customer service to answer the phone, but when they do they are the best.

I’m always receiving questions on my wheelchair. It’s been great, haven’t had any major issues. Couple of things that need improvement. When I just needed to travel distances, a key lock would be nice! When I needed to travel a little distance away from chair, also a little wider tires the do sink in soft soil. But overall best chair ever! Plenty of power, wide seat could be softer. No issues up&down grades.
