No free shipping for exchange
Bought tons of collars with matching leashes amongst other things....one collar had a stain on it which should have not been sent out...anyways asked to return and exchange and wasn't even offered free shipping back and or free shipping for return. Not a nice feeling after having spent almost £200, this ruined my experience...other than that is the merchandise super cute for our little friends.

Amazing!!!!
I always purchase from here! My big Ang loves it! The seller puts those extra touches in the parcels , from free dog biscuit to poop bags. Ang has a new blanket , a new collar , a chewnel handbag at last and burger toy, safe to say she is very happy.
