The bag is beautiful and the call outs were tiny. The only reason I rated it a four is that when announced it was said it came with dust bag and original box, and it didn't come with the box. A little disappointed at that, but still happy with my bag.

I’ve had pretty good experiences shopping here however the last time I tried to purchase a bag I was bullied by the viewers, specifically an Ehhpril girl who stays on all the lives just talking 💩. It would be a nicer experience if the viewers didn’t have constant commentary about bags you ask to see or try to steer you away from buying a bag. This company takes zero accountability for the chat interaction and just asks their commenters to “please be nice”. Other lives block people who are being ignorant but I guess this one doesn’t.
