I absolutely love this website, and TikTok lives. Foreign Objects offers authentic, affordable designer pieces.

I follow Foreign Objects on Whatnot and they were showing an LV Damier Wallet for men, I asked about the wallet and they directed me to buy through their website. When the wallet arrived it didn’t have a COA like the website promises and the wallet had way too many red flags. The wallet was a FAKE Louis Vuitton wallet! The sticky rubber that was rubbing off the edges /borders was a dead giveaway! On the inside of the wallet, there was a mesh fabric that you could see as well! I really felt humiliated and stupid for believing I was buying an authentic LV wallet. I tried contacting someone on whatNot and I was being ignored! I tried emailing and I was being ignored there too until someone finally replied to me! I explained to customer service my situation and they sent me the return label and I sent the wallet back. I had to email the person a few times so that my full refund could be sent. After a few days I finally received a full refund. Thanks for my refund but not for this whole negative experience! BUYERS BEWARE, maybe not all of their items are fake but mine was! I’ll never shop here again and I will tell my friends about this too.

I thought the communication could be improved. There is no number to call. It’s all through chat or email. The Chanel bag I purchased (#15162) was as described but one major flaw was not disclosed: the bag lining is completely deteriorating and crumbling and tiny granular pieces are constantly coming out of the bag. I was pretty dismayed.
One positive is that the shipping g was fast and the bag was packaged well.

Had a very bad consignment experience with them. I was never notified if my shipment was received or not, making me believe my luxury item was lost. Was never notified when it was sold, then took 3 weeks to receive payment after writing over 10 emails.

I love buying from this company because the people on live tiktok are so great; however, out of the 4 bags I’ve purchased, 2 of them (so half) have had issues. Additionally, both of those products purchased were on live so I thought all was good to go. Purchase 1 had animal hair in every crevice that it was an allergic reaction waiting to happen, but I was able to return it. Purchase 2, done in June is a cute and inexpensive LV but the strap is almost in half which was not disclosed on the listing online NOR was it mentioned in the live. I feel like you’ll never know what you’re going to get.

Definitely makes me hesitant with purchasing with them in the future.
