I have been using Firesters Financial services for several years. Great customer service, a very knowledgeable and friendly advisor.

I contacted Forester child trust fund due to my son being of a mature age, and l wanted to take the next initial steps in what to do next.

I spoke with a loverly gentleman by the name of Connor who was very informative in guiding me around the next steps as l was having difficulty navigating.
Can l just say, after about 20 minutes on the phone with myself going back and forth trying to get my password to accept, Connor waited patiently until i succeeded with the overall form.

I think he is a great asset to your company.

Good informative call which has helped me understand my finance

Cheryl Phillips is exceptional at explaining and advising on Foresters Financial ISAs, combining deep expertise with clear communication, patience, and practical guidance, helping clients confidently understand options and make well-informed, long-term financial decisions tailored to their needs.

The representative was very professional and considerate. He was attentive, as always, and took all of our requests into account.
Perhaps the London HQ staff that I have dealt with could take a leaf out of his book. When I dealt with them I was on the verge of withdrawing all of my money and my wifes. However it was after speaking to the representative, Robert, that we remained with the Foresters.

Denise Cooper is a fantastic adviser! She is clear and concise, does not use jargon, listens to our needs and makes appropriate , needs based recommendations! She looks after the whole family we are lucky to have her as our adviser!

Mark Barron was the advisor who helped me and my son navigate through transitioning from his child trust fund to adult savings products. He was spot on. He never overused jargon and communicated with my son in simple clear language that made the underlying principles and thinking really clear and easy to follow for my son.
He never felt pushy and “trying to sell” and his style put my son at ease and quickly built trust.
He is a real asset to Foresters and (as someone who was an executive in Financial Services) I was very impressed with all aspects of his style.

I've had a two great chats with Lee since i've been with Foresters Financial. One when I was 18 and one a few weeks ago. I was aware the deadline for starting a lifetime ISA was approaching so I booked a meeting with him online, which was really easy to do. He also offered to move the meeting, which was so helpful as it gave me a few more days to think about the decision, after we spoke. Lee was so informative and gave me lots of information about different ISA's that I could invest in, and what benefits each of them would have. I was able to leave the meeting with a more clear idea of which ISA would be best for me at this time. It was really great to have everything explained by someone who knows what they're talking about!!!
