Great useful guidance from Lee today, appreciated hearing about all the members benefits too thanks!

BEWARE - DO NOT INVEST WITH FORESTERS FINANCIAL!!!
Great customers services when they try to get you to pay in, but zero customer services when you need their help even after having been their client for years. My young daughter had unfortunately, paid £12,000 into the wrong account due to a 1 digit error number on the account, but they refused to sort this issue out, even though she has sent them bank statements to prove that the monthly DD has gone out of her bank account after she gets her monthly salary. We had called HMRC and they said admin errors happen, so it can be repaired but the provider, ie Foresters Financial would have to correct the error from their side, even if it had occurred in previous tax years. Guess it’s too much trouble for Foresters Financial to sort it, hence, it’s easier to say no. Now we have to ask The Financial Ombudsman for help.
What a disgrace!!!

A 2025 report to the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) shows the company receives a high volume of complaints, primarily regarding general administration and customer service, particularly within their investments division.

Great return on the original CTF investment. Good advice about next steps, clearly explained. MyForresters looks really good for rewards.

I was speaking with Bec today and I just wanted to say what a credit she is to your organisation.

Myself and My Daughter were trying to draw out on her child trust fund account and we were having issues, Renee is going into her 2nd year at Uni and it's coming with a rather large price tag so these funds will come in very handy and this is exactly what we intended them for.

We live in Australia so it made it a little tricky and Bec was just so patient and helpful.

My Financial Advisor is Kam Sihra. I like her for many reasons. She has such an open energy and is very easy to talk to. Most importantly, she is very patient when I struggle to grasp certain financial concepts.

I’ve recently been chatting with Lee Connor at Foresters, and he’s been really helpful in talking me through my options and explaining everything clearly. He took the time to go over the details with me, answer my questions, and make sure I understood what was available.
Even though I’ve chosen to move most of my ISA elsewhere, I’ve really valued Lee’s advice and support throughout the process. It’s made things a lot easier to navigate, and I appreciate the time and care he put in.

We have been with this financial company a long time. The customer service is excellent. The financial advisor we have is professional and very helpful allowing us to make our own choices. The benefits the company provides is a bonus. Would not have saved the amounts we have if we hadn’t come across Foresters Financial in the past. If you only have a little to save, it’s worth saving with this company. They are more on the ethical side than other fossil fuel and unethical led companies.

I cannot thank Zainab Jamal enough for the help she gave my daughter when her Trust fund matured, she guided her through the whole process so efficently and explained everything very carefully so my daughter fully understood

Awful awful company. Have paid into this firm for 35 years my policy matured in July and after several phone calls and numerous promises am still waiting to get my money. Was offered £20 compensation for the bad service they provided. May get a cheque for my money in a couple of days we’ll see! Quite prepared to take my money out of my bank account but won’t pay my money directly back into it so have to wait for a cheque,no communication from them I’ve had to contact them each time .. do not use this firm customer service is just awful can’t rubbish them enough should be a minus 5 stars if it was available.

I had an excellent experience with foresters today, the person I spoke to explained the answers to my questions so it was very easy to understand. He was very polite and I had a lovely conversation with him

Its so great to be able to reach out to a Forester's financial advisor to help us understand the products and make the right decision. We have been lucky to work with Minal Vyas for the last five years. She is super helpful and has patiently explained all the Forester products, helping us to make good decisions about our savings. I really appreciate the continuity of having the same person to talk to each time we need help. We feel she knows us and our family and is really there for us.

Great help and guidance

After 20 years my daughters Child Trust Fund made about £100 ....if that....I did put a few grand in a few years ago but hardly made much. She had friends who had put nothing in to the ctf and came out with more some even 1500 she withdraw and closed her account....anyone else have similar experience?

Lee was really informative. Explained all of our options, answered all of our questions well.

Mark was great. Explained things very clearly and no pressure to do anything. Left feeling that there are great options and will be moving forward with Foresters.

Jason is a good listener, has a lot of patient for me to achieve a good understanding of everything.

Cheryl has helped me so much in regards to my finances and to help me with future planning. Having just come out of university and going into my first full time job it was really helpful to understand how to save efficiently to be able to help save to for my first house!

Lee really helped me understand my child trust fund and gave me lots of different options of what I can do with my money and he was very nice!
