Ordered 4life apex 12x 8 garden shed , most of the panels , batons are misshapen or missized, ranging between a few mm, to sometimes into the cm's .
Looks cheap and flimsy wood certainly not worth the price we paid .
Had to purchase more wood and the assistance of a carpenter to strengthen the shed , still not good for intended use and dread any strong winds .
Roofing felt tears and breaks at the slightest little fold it has to sustain whilst being moved into .
Not worth £100 let alone £1,000

Our shed arrived within a few days of ordering and was delivered by two great polite and friendly guys Garry T and Jim S they'd had a long journey coming up to Bridlington and still had to go further up North before they could head for home. They refused a drink but just wanted their water bottles filling. The shed is really good quality, my husband was unable to fit it so we had to wait until our local handyman came. He fitted it yesterday and he was most impressed by the quality and would certainly recommend your company to any of his customers.

We had a delightful banter whilst they placed all trellis in the garage.
My hero’s 😇especially when they had a long journey so I offered them refreshments they kindly refused as were on route to hull.
I explained being a senior citizen and having recently suffered a heart attack I was going to try and build by myself an arbour so I could sit and people watch from my front garden as was always on my wish list🙏🏽.

We did have a laugh and the boys said they would love to come back and see the finished results.

6x4 Shed with window, average quality for price. There are a few stray nails and screws hanging out at a wonky angles or not attached to anything, but no splits or damaged parts. Nothing that can’t be fixed.

But the delivery service by Penko and Ed was great, lovely helpful guys whom arrived promptly, well within the delivery window.

3ft x 6ft Pent shiplap shed ordered from the Shedstore.
The order process and delivery updates along with tracking was smooth and trouble free. The delivery driver Sebastian was polite and very helpful placing the shed kit round in my back garden, which as an oldie was appreciated. The rating would have been a tad higher but there were a few minor points. These mainly a fair number of badly protruding mangled nails which had not gone home due to wood knots, these i feel should have been addressed in the the factory. Otherwise the shed was decent and i was quite pleased with my purchase. For info I am 79 it took me 5 hours to erect in a a tight location on my own. I ordered the shed base which took 20 minutes to assemble.

Items are lovely and good quality, but it took weeks for them to arrive.
I ordered through a third part so next time I’ll try going direct that might speed things up a bit.

Fantastic company— we ordered
a summer house and it was delivered 3 weeks before the estimated date, delivery was perfect, driver John was very polite and respectful to our property placed it on his own! exactly where I asked him to. We have erected it and with great instructions easy to follow and it is beautiful.. we decided to add to it 2 Hanbury purgola top arches which we ordered and was delivered on 30/4/26 by Roy T & James S who were both very friendly respectful and went over and beyond to carry them through our garden and place them where I asked, they were very helpful and gave me advice about the products and how to put them together safely despite driving for 3 1/2 hours to deliver them thank you! ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING SERVICE. Will definitely use this company again in the future

We had our BECKWOOD 8x6 shed delivered today by drivers Penko and James. They were very friendly and treated the off loading of the shed with such gentle care. They also offered welcomed advice for storage until build. In fact from start to finish I’ve been kept well informed and not a single glitch. Thank you Forest Garden. Total recommend!

I was kept informed regarding the status of my order, and given a time slot that was adhered to by the driver, Jay Wood. He was very helpful and delivered the items that I had ordered into my carport.

After searching for good quality trellis I came across B&M home and buildings and I was contacted by Forest Garden to make a delivery, they kept me up to date and arrived promptly. Tee and Mark were professional and courteous on arrival and I would recommend them to anybody wanting garden trellis, sheds etc.

phil Haywood was very helpful, he placed all of our new shed against our wall inside our gate leading into our garden.
He stacked it so it's safe. I'd definitely recommend his service.

Glen our delivery driver was extremely helpful and accommodating. He asked where we wanted our shed putting and he was more than happy to put it around the back for us which was not expected but was really appreciated.

Very Poor Quality Throughout.

Bought an Apex Garden Shed. 8'* 6'. After spending the time and money to establish a perfectly level base for the shed to be founded upon, First, Forest Garden sent the wrong base out, which was personal labour hours wasted. They did however replace the base with the 'correct' pieces, kind of. Some of the replacement base bits were NOT rot proofed, and many of them were slightly misshapen or missized. This turned out to be a feature of all the panels and pieces, ranging between a few mm, to sometimes into the cm's of missized panels apparently intended to fit together, whilst the instruction manual continually trolls the builder advising to make sure all parts are flush and even.

I would have just taken it on the chin, after all, it is just a rickety garden shed, until I came to using the screws provided to fit all the beams together, which tended to melt away like putty in the face of the Impact Driver required to fit them in. In the end, I got my own 30mm screws, replacing the supplied ones, where they could even be replaced. But if they are going to scrimp on the screws, then they are going to scrimp on everything.....including the rain proof materials which tears and breaks at the slightest little fold it has to sustain whilst being moved into position.

Now that the shed is constructed, it is good for nothing more than keeping the weather off garden tools. Wouldn't store any valuable power tools or the like in it though. I could confidently say that I could kick my way into this shed with a couple of sturdy thumps with my boot.

Yet another lesson in why one should always ignore the Trustpilot overall score and head straight to the negative reviews. 'Positive Review Spamming' is an industry in itself. But genuine pissed off customer's will always want to vent, and there have been quite a few in recent weeks it would seem.

It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Forest Garden. The service was truly first class — from excellent communication to prompt, on-time delivery. A special mention to the driver, Gary T, who was incredibly helpful and ensured the panels were delivered exactly where they needed to go. His professionalism made the whole experience seamless. I’ll definitely be using this company again. Highly recommended!

I ordered a summerhouse from this company which has turned out to be one of my worst experiences I’ve had as a consumer.
It all started when I had to get in touch about receiving a delivery date. My order was despatched on the 18th Sept. When I requested an update I was informed of the 7-10 working day deadline….based on that info I erred on the latter and booked a tradesman to construct the summerhouse 2 days plus….deposit now lost.
After numerous contacts with FG and missed days of waiting for promised deliveries, my product arrived yesterday 7th Oct….the company who delivered the summerhouse is called “Streamline”. You can sense the irony!!!.
My promised “white glove” service was a lot less than expected….one driver….various parts put outside the property with no check of what had been delivered.
I called FG to let them know what had happened and that there may be some parts missing, also a problem with how the product may have been stored….eg the roof felt was covered in mud and not in a roll..but squashed flat. The reaction from the supervisor was that of “take it or leave it” and that’s the way it is.
My wife and I did a check of the parts and I must admit the quality of the product is nothing like you see on the website……the workmanship is akin to that of glorified wooden pallets.
As the title of this rant specifies….don’t waste your money and go and buy some decent shiplap and build your own at half the price and be hassle free.
