Just had my delivery from forest gardens
It came within the time frame that I was give and put into my garage by the two delivery guys ie mitch and coxy nothing was to much trouble thanks again .I can't wait to build it

The item was slightly damaged anx damp and mouldy. Bit all the bit arrived
The delivery time and process was however EXCELLENT a 3 hour time slot given and a half hour pre arrival warning call too v impressive the delivery person Hayley explained everything clearly and took photo of slight damage before leaving.

Had a summerhouse delivered. Great quality product. The delivery driver Darren Hawkins was punctual. He was also very polite and delivered the summerhouse with care

Had a garden shed delivered yesterday 17th March.. impressed with the quality of the shed...and very impressed with the delivery service..I had several updates on delivery times..the driver roy taylor was very helpful putting the shed where it needed to go...( we have a very long driveway )..can definitely recommend...

I had a modular garden seating set delivered,the drivers Tee and Gavin were friendly and put the flat packs where i wanted them.The modular seating itself was easy to put together with easy to follow instructions(i have slightly modified the original design)the seating is very solid(have ordered another set),just need some cushions 😄

Craig Farney was the driver and he arrived on time and was very friendly and courteous. He unloaded promptly just where I wanted them.

Excellent service and communication driver Tee very helpful very polite and and on time I'm sure an asset to the company very happy with product

Panels look great and real value for money. I was especially happy with our delivery driver Pete who was cheery, chatty and helpful. He had no issues helping me get the panels situated even though it meant carrying them through to our back garden.

Darren Hawkins was extremely helpful on delivery. Highly recommend him and the company.

Our shed was delivered this morning as promised. Pete, the driver, was very polite, cheerful and most helpful. He put all the components neatly on our drive and made sure we had all we need to build it at the weekend. Would certainly recommend Forest Gardens!

Received a delivery this morning from forest gardens, delivery driver Darren Hawkins extremely polite and helpful taking the shed i ordered up the garden for me and giving me informations regardening the storage of shed before assembly. Credit to the company.

Just had my shed delivered by Parmjeet. I wanted it placed in my garage so I could sort it out later on at the weekend. Parmjeet carried it into the garage and placed it where I asked him. He was very pleasant and helpful - so nice to have such great service. Hopefully the shed works out once I build it. :-)

The experience of meeting the guys was so pleasant. Ed J and Keith W was so polite, very experienced and even being a late drop was really quiet and extremely polite. Gave full advice for fitment. Highly recommended.

Just wanted to praise the service and delivery.
Product was delivered on time. The driver Andy L was superb and couldn't do enough to make sure everything was 100% - a real credit to the business.

Just received my shed from Forest gardens.co.uk delivered by Brian Coleman, Seems like he's like everyone else from Forest gardens, Good at his job and Very obligeing, nothing too much trouble for him.

I cannot recommend this company enough. From start to finish this company has been of top service. We had a couple of queries about the shed we were interested in and each time we called the staff couldn't have been more helpful. We needed to push delivery back and again no issue the company sorted this for us with no issues. Upon delivery we were given a delivery window and the driver arrived on time with tracking updates. Again Phil.S was really friendly and asked where we would like the delivery to be placed, before he left he explained where everything was and how he had stacked our delivery and advised any issues to just call. Not yet put the shed up but looking at what has been delivered and the service so far I am fully confident we will have no issues and quality looks really good.

Have used this company several times. Always easy or order, staff always helpful. Delivery driver was John M and he was punctual, efficient and friendly.
