Fantastic product we great customer service. Ordered a custom item for my partners birthday and there was constant communication. The had made my item but emailed me to tell me that they were not happy with what they have done so they started again and posted it on a next day. Worth every penny, item came in a lovely gift box as well

From order to delivery took less than a week

Another beautiful crystal prestige
photographic gift produced! I have now used forever always for several pieces and they never fail to impress. This company is professional, personable and keen to ensure a top notch end product. Sean has always been exceedingly helpful and goes the extra mile for his customers. I know that the recipient of my recent purchase will be over the moon with her gorgeous crystal keepsake. I highly recommend this company. Thank you to Sean and forever always for your sterling commitment to exceeding customer care and satisfaction! Dee C

Excellent service. The website was easy to use and the preview of the chosen product gave you idea of what would be delivered. Both orders we have placed were delivered on time and safely boxed.

Order process was so quick and easy, communication from them with a preview of my order, it was dispatched straight away and i received it yesterday. Would definitely recommend it for a special gift. So pleased with it and my husband loved it.

Was a bit worried at first as my item said waiting for details, so I contacted them and they replied within 10 minutes and said that my item would be shipped today and upgraded to 24 hour tracked. Item came and looked great

I am delighted with the 3D crystal that I received recently. The process was really simple and straightforward; the communication was very good and the whole event was surprisingly quick. The packaging was great too, very little chance of damage. I plan to order more items. Thank you for such a brilliant service.

Perfect from start to finish

Excellent….great quality…lovely presentation box ….delivered as advised and when I raised a question Shaun responded very promptly…put it this way a number people that saw our item have also placed orders…very rarely do reviews but really felt like this company/Shaun and the product deserve a very good review.

First class service and communication fast delivery .the item is just as I had hoped

Absolutely amazing crystals
Company was extremely good looking after me they gave me the designs step by step to make sure everything was ok, crystal was a lot cheapper than I thought and shipping was very quick thank you so much.

Forever Always managed to turn a screen-grab from a video into a fantastic 3-D crystal picture of my friend's narrowboat. Being 2-D, the pictures on the website don't do justice to the product. 101% happy!
