Absolutely amazing crystals
Company was extremely good looking after me they gave me the designs step by step to make sure everything was ok, crystal was a lot cheapper than I thought and shipping was very quick thank you so much.

Forever Always managed to turn a screen-grab from a video into a fantastic 3-D crystal picture of my friend's narrowboat. Being 2-D, the pictures on the website don't do justice to the product. 101% happy!

This is a small British business that deserves to do well. Buy British !!

Fantastic service and great quality

5 stars speak for themselves …… expertise… and adaptable….. listen to last minute changes and so friendly

Excellent service fantastic people and a great product.

This well made and very lovely peace

Ordered a 3D Crystal photo and forgot to add a photo. Called in and Shaun was very helpfull and even sent an email for approval with an image of how the finished product would look. Very happy with everything

Absolutely beautiful delivered promptly, given to my Dad today and brought tears to his eyes thank you x

Ordering was simple, even managed to see a mock up to give you an idea of what it would look like. Delivery was quick and received packaged extremely well. Very pleased with the received item.

I had to chase on the item, and chase again as the stand didn’t come. However they were very responsive and sent both items promptly agter contact

Everything from ordering to receiving the item, to communication with Shaun, can't recommend enough, if you are debating buying the products.... all i can say is don't hesitate!
Absolutely a 5☆ company.

Wow wow wow what can I say apart from amazing thank you to all the staff for this amazing crystal I paid for the 24hr delivery which has just arrived it’s just stunning we will definitely be using this company again

Absolutely fantastic gift for my friend it made her cry. Beautifully made and the service was exceptional I would highly recommend to anyone wanting something a bit special. Thank you guys 😊

Excellent product and delivered quickly. Great service.

Fantastic experience all round. Shaun gave honest and friendly advice that my photo submitted wasn’t going to work, to their exceptional level of quality standards, on the initial item I ordered which was a glass photo necklace. Shaun then used my photo on the small rectangle 3d glass photo item (at no extra cost) and it has arrived so well presented and looks really beautiful. Forever Always are a top class UK based company. Order with absolute confidence, you will not be disappointed in their products or service. Thank you kindly.

Very accommodating and positive experience. I had forgotten to mention the background in my initial photo submission but this was included for me on my request. Very good quality product - well made and well packed. My wife was exceptionally happy when she saw her surprise! Thank you so much.

Owner Shaun was so helpful and accommodating and made ordering so simple. The goods arrived within a couple of days, so quick & no shipping costs. The 3d crystal was perfect, better than I even imagined. My friend who lost her son recently is going to love it. I will be getting a photo done for me too of my family. They are made so well. Definitely recommend.
