DO NOT do business with this company! I wish I read the reviews before making a purchase. I never received the product I ordered. In my correspondence with the company they sent me 2 different tracking numbers. One states the product originated in Germany and the package was in Anchorage, Alaska. The other tracking number originated in China and the product was in Chicago— and that was over 6 weeks ago. The companies response was to show me a copy of the shipping label and that it was not their fault. They now claim what it was delivered. I placed my order in November and have been corresponding throughout the past 6 weeks, and they have been telling me to patient. NOW they claim that it was already delivered. This is a very shady company.

SCAM!! I ordered the kids pj’s in November 2024 for Christmas, never received these comfy pjs package. Terrible customer service, what a rip off!!

Purchased pjs for my grandchildren in October for Xmas. Never arrived. Kept telling me to check tracker, which is also a scam. No help with Customer Service or company of any kind. Wish id read reviews. Stupid. I hate it when a company says package has been delivered , when it has not!!

I ordered an item well over a month ago and never received confirmation. I have yet to receive the product and cannot get any answers. Do not order from here....it doesn't seem to be legitimate. Very disappointing.

I placed an order for pajamas, which included personalization. The order arrived without the personalization. Customer service asked for a pic which I sent, but they refused to resend the corrected order, offering low monetary compensation instead. .Do not order from this company.

I wanted to give zero stars but it wouldn't let me . I tried to cancel within an hour after ordering, after reading horrible reviews. They told me it was too
late . It was less than an hour after I ordered! Extra fees, TERRIBLE customer service . DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I ordered pjs for my 2 grandchildren. They were 26.00 each. They charged me 15. in taxes. Addition to a separate 20.00 fee without my approval on my credit card not saying what it’s for. I’m assuming shipping. It’s insane. Fraudulent Don’t buy from this company.

Never, ever order from IG or FB ads. I wanted to purchase cute wooden banks - the quality looked good in the ad.
I was overcharged on taxes. I put the order in October 2023 hoping to give it as gifts in time for Christmas.
After a lot of back and forth with a company not Forever-beloved, it finally arrived in February 2024.
I have learned a hard lesson, the wooden banks are meh at best. I'm not sure if I want to give them as gifts-I'm rather embarrassed by them.

Don't waste you time or money!!!
I ordered 2 banks for my grandson's for Christmas. I ordered them the beginning of November. As Christmas came closer and there was no movement on the package (which said it was stalled in IL for 2 weeks), I emailed the "company" and then they told me after 3x contacting them that I was given the wrong tracking number. When the banks finally arrived the middle of January I again contacted the company the email communication I had previously and asked for a refund because the shipment was extremely late and one of the banks was all scratched up. The most they would refund me was $9 and that was after almost of a month of daily contact with their "customer service" who I believe is mostly just AI. I got all the excuses from, they are a small run company, to they would have to pay it out of their own paycheck. I had asked about 10 times for an actual phone number to contact them at, and never did get one. I finally gave up because mainly I just didn't want to give them anymore of my information. I did contact the Better Business Bureau about this, but of course if the company doesn't respond, they just close the case. This is a VERY scummy company and even told the 1 customer service person that she should probably look for a different job because if this is how they deal with their employees and their customers, it does not say a lot about their character! I would spend the money and order these off of Amazon or another place that you know if not a SCAM!!

I purchased two letter shaped money boxes for my children for Christmas. Items never arrived, contacted PayPal to log a complaint as I purchased through them, they were completely hopeless and did nothing. Items ordered finally turned up 3 months late and.......on opening I was left speechless. The most cheap looking, tackiest gifts I have ever seen, nothing like the advert, no way near. I was scammed good and proper. Both items were thrown in the bin, not even worth burning. Avoid this company whatever you do. I wish I had checked reviews before buying. Same yourself time and money. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Ordered items for christmas. Never got them, no way to contact anyone except through email. Could not get my merch or refund and still havent. This name is also connected to another site. DJIWJDCDA. Dont let them scam you on this one either.

Just like the review before, i ordered two children's piggy banks on 15/12/2023 and after lots of tooing and froing with Customer Service (who kept on telling me to wait), they arrived today 13/02/2024 (they were supposed to be xmas 2023 gifts!). To say i was UNDERWHELMED is a COMPLETE UNDERSTATEMENT. They are not only tiny but of such poor quality, they are going straight in the bin - £50 down the pan but hey ho.. I'm not impressed but this clearly is a SCAM, please don't order from this website unless you want to lose money.

SCAM!!!! Took forever to get 3 banks and not at all like what was pictured. Two were super cheap and the third one was better made of nicer wood but still cheap. Tried to cancel through PayPal after a month and they refused since they showed they were in transit. Transit took 3 months and tracking number kept changing every time i inquired.

Terrible customer service. Next to impossible to contact. Order made in October for two piggy banks for Christmas. Never received until late in January. Poor quality. Nothing like the picture displayed on website. Would NEVER order from this company again. I tried to return when the arrived too late for Christmas. Could get no response from company.

Just awful and I believe a scam for sure. I can only really blame myself as I did not check reviews before hand. My experience is this: Ordered a size small dog suspender booties, but tried to cancel immediately, literally within 30 seconds of clicking complete order. They refused to cancel and claimed it had already shipped... I have NEVER had an order ship within 30 seconds of it being placed. Tried to file a claim through PayPal to no avail (I am also closing my PayPal account) as they did nothing, requested I give the item a chance to deliver. Received a shipping notice that had no information on it, and then received notice after notice that it was going around the world. Switzerland, Honolulu, Kentucky.... the list goes on and on. Finally, about 9 weeks after order was placed and item came in the mail that was 10 times too big. I'm pretty sure if I return nothing will come of it. I will donate the product to local animal shelter. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!

I ordered 5 wooden banks for my grandkids for Christmas. I ordered 5 American made, American oak letter-shaped banks in early November. According to the ad, they are made in the good old USA, but the tracking link they sent me had them coming through customs in Lafayette, NY. I finally received them a month after Christmas had come and gone. One of the five is a wrong letter, and I can't even use a 'G'. They aren't American oak finished with oil and beeswax, they're a plain pine-looking softwood and absolutely NO finish has been applied. They didn't even bother to sand off the router splinters.
Those kids holding those enormous banks in the picture in the ad must be awfully small kids. These banks are tiny!
And to top it off, absolutely no response to my messages about my order.

I wish I would have read these review before buying anything from this piece of crap company. Ordered 11/24/23 and still have not received it. Stupid answers from my inquiries. I would be embarrassed to give these wooden banks, when or if I ever receive them to my grandkids. Thought it was a great idea at the time. Lesson learned. I am not even going to pursue getting my $$ back as its not worth my aggravation. Yea, my purchase is in Nemphis, Tennessee since 12/23/23. Yes, the tracking # says Nemphis. That should have been my first clue. Stay away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Complete and utter scam do not use this website

This is a piece of crap company. The wooden banks I ordered took 6 weeks to come from Austria, not America like advertised. The quality was horrible with no name stenciled on-just a bunch of stickers. And they OVERCHARGED my credit card! Luckily Discover refunded the overcharge but I’m still stuck with these overpriced banks. Live and learn-DO NOT BUY ANYTHING YOU SEE ON FACEBOOK!

What should have been a cute Christmas gift for the Grands, turned out to be cheap, mass produced, low quality product. The "personalization" is just stickers for me to add myself, and of course Christmas is long gone. I was led to believe these were hand made in Ireland- with tracking information to match. One month into the ordeal, I am given a new tracking number and find that it was coming from China. Many other customers are all just now receiving theirs as well- my guess is a whole container came in from China and someone repackaged them to individuals in the US.
Customer service is AI and useless. Lesson about ordering on the internet from FaceBook ads! Never again!
