This is a scam Company.
Took my money 2 months ago, these were supposed to be a Christmas gift for my grandkids.
I received the letter banks a couple days ago and they are trash with little white stickers to put the letters on myself when in the video it shows them being etched on to the plastic by a machine. I hope PayPal gives me a refund.
This company made it seem like they were from the USA but it's a bogus company in China.
What ever you do, please don't order from this Company.

I wish I could give zero stars. The banks were advertised for Christmas gifts. I ordered 11/23/23 as gifts and after repeated follow ups with a fake tracking, with them telling me to be patient, I received the banks on 1/15/24. What a scam!! They are advertised with the name on them and even include the name on the order so you think they are personalizing. They do not personalize and send you small little cheap stickers to put on the bank yourself!! The banks are also cheaply made and the slot isn't big enough to put a cash bill in as shown. The bank is also much smaller in size than in the picture with the children holding them. The company only wanted to give me a refund of $6!! I paid $20 per bank. PayPal provided a refund. Do not fall for this scam!!

If I could, I would rate forever beloved with a negative number! I ordered the piggy banks for Christmas presents on November 13, 2023. Still nothing has arrived. I've tried contacting them, the joyui that showed on my credit card and PayPal. I'm so unhappy with this whole ordeal! Never use them!

If there was a zero star selection I would choose it. This is one of the biggest scams ever. There was nothing at all right about this product. It was nothing like advertised at all. It was worse than a piece of trash! It took two months to get it and then still can’t give it to my grandkids. It is worse than deplorable!!

No star. This is a total scam. Placed order in November. Emails from seller totally untrue.

First of all, I followed a link from Instagram, and instantly regretted it. I placed my order 11/6/23, based on the website stating it was based in Colorado USA. Upon receiving my PayPal receipt I noticed I was overcharged for sales tax and reached out to the company. I received a full refund of the sales tax charged immediately. 11/9/23 I receive the first of regular tracking updates, feeling good, except the package was shipping from ROMANIA, not USA. The last tracking update was 12/4/23 where the package “stalled” in North Carolina – I am in Pennsylvania. 12/9/24 I opened a dispute with PayPal as I still had not received my order. The seller responded 12/15/23 with new tracking, this time from CHINA. I followed tracking for weeks, with the last update bein 1/2/24 that my package was in the US. I kept writing updates on my PayPal dispute with no change in tracking with my last post being 1/17/24. My order was finally delivered 1/19/24 with a shipping label from Illinois and on 1/20/24 that tracking is miraculously updated with shipping details from Chicago to PA. I ordered these banks with personalization, but what I got was a sheet of stickers to DIY. Very disappointed.

Scam company, they said they were from Colorado, veteran owned. Took 2 months to get the items I ordered, which actually came from China. They were inferior quality, not what was shown, and could not be given as gifts do to the fact it had Chinese writing on it and was all scratched. It was supposed to be personalized, they sent crumpled up stick on letters. Wanted to give NO stars!

I ordered 12 gifts for Christmas on this site on Nov. 8th. I checked in with customer service many times to find out where my order was, but only got canned responses back from my inquiries. I was unable to track my orders and the phone number to contact someone to speak with directly did not work. Christmas can and went still no delivery. Anyway, 3 months later I finally received my order which was of terrible quality. Don’t order from this company.

If I could give zero stars, I would! Ordered a Letter Bank November 24th, 2023 as a Christmas gift for my grandson. Today is January 19th, 2024 and I have yet to receive it. After now reading similar reviews, I realize I've been scammed. Stay away from this company or lose your money. The choice is yours.

After I wrote a bad review about this company because I had not Received the piggy banks, The company hacked my review and wrote a positive review. How could they get into my Trustpilot account?

I don’t even know where to begin but judging by the other reviews here I can truly say that this company is a fraud. I ordered 4 piggy banks on the 29th of November 2022. They were meant to be Xmas presents. They are still not here and after numerous messages back and forth with them I am still no closer to getting a delivery date or time. The items have been in transit since the 28th of December! Even if they walked they would have arrived by now. I am opening a dispute with PayPal. DONT BUY FROM THEM

Don’t order from this Company its a fraud - placed an order on November 18th , I never received anything!!! so please don’t order with them, it’s not legit!! I had to give one star but they dont deserve any stars. I went to the website now its saying unavailable, I sent them a copy & paste about them being a scam and now I can't access the website anymore. I will deputes the charges with my bank.

I ordered the piggybanks in December 2023 for Christmas presents and I still waiting for them to arrive! I wish I had read this reviews before buying from them. I now thinking if I get something is going to be horrible. I will NOT recommend buying from this company.

Took forever for said item to arrive - around 3 months to be pressie and the actual item was cheap crap - for the price paid was expecting slightly larger and decent quality. Don’t bother buying from them

I placed an order for some banks for my grandchildren for Christmas on November 3, 2023. I started sending emails to the company in early December requesting information as to when they might be shipped. Each time I received a response, it only stated they would try to expedite. Christmas came and went without any word. I finally received them on January 16, 2024. First, they are much smaller than pictures appeared (I guess I should've checked dimensions). Also, they asked for each name, as the banks in the ads showed each child's name. Upon receipt, the names are not there, but there are some letters inside for me to apply. These are VERY small, won't hold much, and I have to letter them myself, for $20 each. Not to mention it is weeks after they were ordered. Shipping label shows they didn't even mail until December 23. Do not order from this company! I'd give zero stars if it were possible.

Total scam. Took 3 months to get the bank that extra shipping was paid to get before Christmas. The "large" bank is tiny. TINY. Not to mention the names aren't even on them. They send you stickers to do it yourself. Waste of money. Customer service is a JOKE. Always an animated response. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE

I only wish I had read these reviews........according to the Tracker, my order left Oxford UK 13 days ago.....I know the postal system isn't great but ....If the product eventually arrives and was worth the wait, I will update my experience!
Products eventually arrived 17/02/24....not as rubbish as some of the reviews claim BUT not worth what they cost. Unsure why the long delay and curious as to why a Royal Mail postage sticker was on the parcel...I woudn't bother...

I wouldn't have given any star rating at all if weren't necessary to permit me to write what will be a very negative review.I placed an order for 3 Money Banks on December 3rd 2023.I live in Spain so although I was automatically charged for Express Service inspite of the supposed progress made according to the track your parcel service,I expected some delay but it is now January 15th and I still haven't received anything.There has been no update since January 1st 2024 when the package was meant to be "in transit" in Spain.I have wriiten emails but got the same reply as everyone else here.."be patient".I should have checked them out before buying.I don't expect to recieve anything and am 69€ poorer.NOT HAPPY!!
