Perfect for simple staples and some standout pieces, I always get compliments on my overshirts and just love that I’ve found an indy brand that makes well-produced items from good quality materials at an affordable price and make it so easy to choose too. Already bought as a gift for a friend who loves it too. Couldn’t recommend more highly! Worth noting the staff in-store are also super helpful and friendly, and when I needed to return an item the online customer service were also great :)

Staff are always very responsive and friendly whenever I have had an enquiry. Clothes are really beautiful - great quality, very trendy and a little bit quirky. I get comments on my shirts whenever I wear them!

I was nervous about my order mistake but the team acted quickly and made the correction. Huge relief! Highly responsive. Thank you!

bad reviews are like buses. never given one and now 2 in 2 days.
i think the quality of clothing peaked a few years back and they are on a downward trajectory.
the system and processes seem somewhat complicated.
requested an exchange, then emailed them and stated i wanted a refund.
we exchanged emails. i checked if they had received the return. they had and a refund was being set up.
i have just received an email to say an exchange is on its way.
i could do without the rigmarole of dealing with this. unfortunately there seems to be a communication issue within the business.
i was 50/50 with buying the top but after buying up lots of gear from USKEES i thought i’d have a subtle change. shouldn’t have bothered and should have just bought a load of cheap FOLK in TK MAX. Money please!!!!

I asked a question about the measurements of a particular item. April in Form & Thread's customer services was extremely helpful. She found out the measurements for me and also took the trouble to send me screenshots of how I should measure an existing garment to check the size. Very helpful

The Item was sent to an incorrect address and is being forwarded to me. I have yet to receive it

The shipping experience with this company left me feeling like I never wanted to order clothes online again. 14 days to check whether something arrived back at they're warehouse, and then god knows how many days to exchange and item.

As a long standing customer I am irritated and disappointed at the newly introduced practice of sending unsolicited emails to customers who have looked at items on their website and legitimately decided not to purchase. These follow up emails re sly and nagging and totally unnecessary. A self respecting company would respect the right of their customers to opt out of this form of of guerrilla marketing.

I wholeheartedly endorse this company. I’ve made two purchases, and despite a shipping mishap during the second transaction that resulted in a lost order, their customer service, particularly April, was exceptional. She was proactive, kept me informed regularly, and successfully rerouted our order. The cord trousers we bought are of superior quality, with an excellent fit, and a rich texture and colour. My sincere thanks to the team.

I have ordered for my husband as a gift one pair of pants and one overshirt for the first time. Unfortunately they didn't fit him so well (my husband is very tall and they were a little short) but were of very good quality and looking very neat. I contacted the customer service and was absolutely impressed by the amazing service the gave. They were totally okay for me to return the clothes and took charge of everything. I really wish my husband wasn't so tall as Form and Thread would have become his wardrobe staples. I couldn't recommend them more.
