Okay...super well done garments. Super fast delivery, like weirdly fast - and I live in the US. No logos, thoughtful designs...yah. Very smart gear.

Be warned...if you look at their website once they will email you every day reminding you that you looked at their website and the items you were looking at are still for sale!
So unecessary and harassing

I have bought four overshirts, green, royal blue, chambray and pine. Love them all and am thrilled by the quality of the material and the fit. Great value as well.

Fabulous quality across every line, competitively priced (note - not cheap! :-)….and very rapid delivery via DHL. I’ve now accumulated a collection of 8 overshirts and they are all without exception brilliant.

For anyone .. specifically who likes the style of over-shirts “form&thread” is considered one of the most potential and trusted manufacturers to buy from !!

I had lost my favourite Utility Overshirt in a hotel in the USA and it is one that is no longer on sale. I emailed Customer Service as a long shot to see if there were any available still and April managed to find me a replacement in the exact colour and size as the one I lost. They quickly arranged the order for me and with one click I had bought a replacement - thanks April and F&T!

I decided to write a review, mostly to confirm that all the positivity around Form&Thread's customer service is not unfounded. Although I ended up returning the item I purchased, I found them to be responsive and understanding given they probably had far more important things to do than respond to my niggles about the product!

I must say there was absolutely nothing wrong with the product. The material is incredible, just the fit wasn't right for me. I later dropped into their store whilst I was on a rare trip to London and was again really impressed with the service and their clothing. Although the trousers were not quite right for me, their overshirts/jackets are phenomenal and I will no doubt be purchasing one in the near future.

It is great to see small companies of this calibre around in the UK, highly recommended.

Great products but what puts Form&Thread in the top tier is superb customer service with real humans that you can actually contact and they actually care. Something that is such a rarity these days. Bought Merino Atelier Overshirt and Wool Waffle Atelier. Fabrics and quality are excellent. Thanks and well done.

My son had asked for a shirt from you almost two years ago, last christmas I ordered it for him. He was thrilled, but it was too small. Return and exchange was smooth and personal (not a bot) and I so appreciated it. He loves the shirt and wears it a lot!! Thank you!

Lovely garms. Great service. Have purchased number of items from F&T over last year. Picked up the Oregon Utility Shirt recently. Beautiful fabric. Nice styling. Well priced too given the quality. Back again soon when some new pieces are online.

I have around 8 pieces of clothing from Form and Thread now and love every single one. They are well made, stylish and fit really well. Probably my favourite brand at the moment, good pricing too.

I ordered a pullover and unfortunately was sent the wrong colour. On reporting this F&T they responded almost immediately with the original colour and a free return. I might actually keep the wrong one as it's a beautiful colour! Rust.
