My son gave me a Twill Daikanyama Jacket for Christmas. Loved the garment, but it was too small. To make short out of a very long story, people like Theo and Holly at Form & Thread helped me navigate the process of returning the smaller garment, and securing the delivery of a larger garment which turned out to be a perfect fit.

They never gave up, they never lost their cool, and they gave me a master class in what the words "Customer Services" actually mean.

The customer service I received was exceptional. I meant to order a Mechanics Jacket in indigo but inexplicably ordered a Galley Jacket in pine. Even though this was my error, the service agent promptly arranged for an exchange. When the new item went out, it got stuck in customs and the agent arranged for a new one to be sent. Turns out I didn't need it - eventually the package was delivered. But every step of the way, the agent was professional, yet friendly. The responses felt personalized, not scripted. Moreover, each reply was within 24 hours, or if over the weekend, on the next business day. Despite everything being the result of my own carelessness or the shipper's slowness, and not of Form and Thread at all, I still felt like I got white glove service. I manage an office support contract with a demanding customer, and I would be grateful to have an employee this caliber.

Just received my jacket today, full of trepidation, would it fit well, would it be made well? It got here so fast!! Thanks for that. It fits perfectly and is beautifully made, which means that now I’ll have to order from you again and again. My fears assuaged, but my finances are in danger 🤣. Which is actually fine with me. Thanks so much for a great purchasing experience!

I have bought several of their jackets and one over shirt, and have really enjoyed wearing them over the summer. The colours are clever, and all of the fabrics feel lovely. Although the style is pretty relaxed, the gallery jacket in particular is smart enough to work well with a good shirt and tie. Practical pockets, as well.

I also treated myself to two of the Liberty print shirts. They are particularly highly recommended: of course, the design and colours were very effective, but the material was extraordinarily soft and fine.Real luxury.

I’ve bought everything on-line. Stuff arrives very quickly, packed carefully but not wastefully.

Fantastic service. Fantastic gear. Just love wearing the gear and now have several over shirts. There is always one on my back.

I have only recently came across Form & Thread. I have purchased several items now online and I am impressed by the quality and design of the items. The range is reasonably priced, classic in style and colour range and sustainable in terms of packaging etc. Delivery is quick also from point of order. An excellent addition to my sources of clothing.

This is a tale of two halves, or rather two jackets. I originally ordered the Daikanyama Work Jacket in XXL thinking that would fit; On arrival I found that it was just a little too snug. At this point I have to say that I have zero time for the approach to sizing that measures armpit to armpit with the garment flat. Form and Thread are not the only ones to use it and in my experience it is misleading for two reasons; firstly we are three-dimensional beings; secondly the fit of a jacket varies based on style, cut and fabric. Flat just doesn't work.

But enough of that. The point to this review and the reason for five stars is the exceptional customer service I subsequently received, in particular from a lady named Holly. She was apologetic, communicative and just so helpful; even though the particular jacket I wanted was out of stock in the larger size she managed to source one for me and shipped it - free - on a fast service. I cannot understate what a great focus on customer service this is, the measure being I am one very satisfied customer. I am a CX professional, teaching others how to do it, and it is clear that someone at Form and Thread "gets it". Bravo.

The jacket? I'm very happy with it. It's stylish, beautifully made, hard-wearing and ideal for my purposes - just think twice about the sizing before you order!

Excellent, consistent product and service. Clothes delivered on time and simple returns process, though haven’t had to return much as I’ve liked pretty much everything I’ve bought.

I have about eight t-shirts (various Supima Essentials) and they are the best t-shirts I have ever had. I've also got a cabin shirt, two sweatshirts and a poplin shirt. All of these items are beautifully styled and great quality.
Recently there was an issue with a delivery of yet more t-shirts just before heading off on holiday. When I contacted F&T customer service they sorted the issue out immediately and even express couriered the items to me so that I could have them poolside.
Love the brand and the awesome service. Highly recommend!

Every item I've ordered from F&T has ended as a staple in my wardrobe. There's an elegant, zen-like simplicity to the design. I love the deep, rich garment-dyed colors. Current fav: corduroy gallery jacket

I love F&T products. I have 3 of its jackets. My last order, however, was delayed. When I inquired with Fedex, I was told that the package was not deliverable because it was empty. An honest mistake. I contacted F&T through their Return email and my order was replaced and sent over within days. The service was quick, courteous and professional. It will not deter me from purchasing my other favorite products from F&T.

One of the few brands I return to time and time again. A staple in my wardrobe. Great quality, great fit, great prices, great styles.
