Excellent! Bought several items and loved them all!

I had always thought that finding the perfect fit of trouser would be a lifelong pursuit for me, a moving target, and it may well have been if not for the good people at Form & Thread. Since discovering their trousers I have finally been able to fully realise the "grammar" of my wardrobe. In a sense, "capsule" (although I find that philosophy can be limiting), it relies on good pieces that should always flow together. As I don't wear jeans, getting the bottom half component of this right is essential. Such is the quality, style, fit and feel of Form & Thread trousers, that I've been confident enough to make it a rule of my wardrobe's grammar that the bottom half is always Form & Thread. They always style out well with whatever I sling on, they're smart, durable, light and I think remarkably affordable. I can wear them to important meetings and be presentable and I can wear them to social events most anywhere on the spectrum of formality. I have even worn my cords, for example, in more physical aspects of my work, and they have never deteriorated (although all garments will in some way wear eventually, I'm fully confident in their capacity to be repaired), this must be the grail of any trouser enthusiast. If you find yourself, as I once was, weary and worn out by the strange custom for trousers to be awkwardly slim, too wide, or adorned with superfluous detail, then this wisdom I'll impart -try a good pair of Form & Thread, you may never look back.

I love everything about FormAndThread: the brand, the customer service, and the products: especially the different colors. I used to buy their socks a while back and now I am mostly buying their overshirts and will definitely buy more.

This is such a great brand. The style is understated cool, the quality is great and deliveries are fast and hassle free.

I saw someone here complain about problems with returns. They must have been unlucky. I’ve just made a return of two items, and the process was smooth. Response time from their customer service was probably a day or so, and the money back on my account once the items had reached them. Easy peasy.

Beautifully made, high quality product. Have bought a number of overshirts from F&T and contrary to other review service has been excellent. With my most recent purchase, Holly went over and above in arranging an exchange of a product that was sold-out online, instead arranging express shipping of the product from their store instead.

I really liked F&T’s aesthetic. And once I found the right size for me, the fit and style were good.

However, one word of advice: make sure you purchase with a credit card or via PayPal, whatever payment provider has a protection policy. And make sure you return with a recorded or signed-for returns delivery service. (F&T’s returns was at the time free and recorded returns delivery service.) But let me tell you, it has been a 7-month journey to finally receive three refunds on items that were returned only because I went through my credit card provider as F&T stopped all communications after many attempts.

I requested for a returns label. It took a follow-up email I sent to F&T to receive a response which apologised for their tardiness because their returns label application was faulty and they’d send me a label in the next 24 hours. Then it took another reminder 72 hours later to finally receive the label plus another apology as they were transitioning warehouses.

The recorded returns service was delivered successfully back to F&T. I didn’t receive an automated or manual email communication regarding a returns transaction. After some weeks, I contacted F&T. I received some indication of action but after that, nothing.

I decided to go via my credit card provider. Keep all your emails and make sure you keep your tracking number. That was an ordeal in itself but I did get my cash back eventually.

So in summary: pay using credit card/PayPal, make sure any returns are tracked. Apart from the awful customer service, F&T products are good quality.

April 25,2002: Updated since reply below from F&T (15 April 2022): it’s taken 13 months to receive a response from F&T on a public forum which, to be fair, was surprising and nice, but still nothing but lip service unfortunately. The experience was so poor and laboured and negative, I’m not going to risk it again with F&T, especially since I’ve now returned to Australia. I just don’t trust that F&T will follow through with their policy on free worldwide returns and in a post-Covid world too.

I've purchased a few items over the past few of weeks from the KX store and online. Both the in store sales assistants and the online support team were very helpful, as I've been a bit of a problematic customer but they were able to find a solution to my issues.

As mentioned, I've had the items for a few weeks and would say I'm happy with their quality.

Overall, I'm very happy with my experience and am likely to shop here again in the future.

Bought a range of products from these guys and the quality is 10/10. Everything has worn really well. Service always been seamless with deliveries etc.

The clothes themselves are amazing quality, the colors and cuts are just beautiful. They didn't fit my body form so much, as I am very slim. So I sent most of my order back and the process of managing to get a refund was quite a nightmare. It might have been connected to Brexit happening during this time, as I am a EU citizen. But the communication and the resulting actions from the side of Form & Thread were so slow and avoidant that at one point it seemed to me that they are trying everything to just wait it out in order to not complete my refund. It took more than a month and many emails to get my money back. Doesn't make the clothes less amazing but if you are ordering from the EU, beware.

Hi Form&Thread, could you please reply to my emails ASAP? Since April this year I've been trying to get a pair of trousers returned and get my money back... Thanks in advance
