We're based in Hull and love to share work that's made in Hull by the brilliant, creative people that live here, as well as artists and makers from futher afield, and our own exclusive designs. Excellent customer service
When one item from my order didn’t turn up, it was easy to reach Alice, and lovely to get a human response. She quickly sent me the item with an apology. Very helpful
Straightforward and easy experience using the website to place an order for a gift. I ordered on an evening and the following morning received an email asking if I wanted to include a message, which was a nice touch. The parcel was dispatched later that same day, so very prompt.
First time placing an order online, however I'll note the staff are always friendly and helpful in store too.
