We had problems with the postal service…
We had problems with the postal delivery people who couldn't find my address??? I mean they walk past here almost every day. But they are really busy at this time of year.

Got the right product and quite pleased with it so far. Only downfall is having to pay for dpd delivery which is express but it still takes 3/4 days .. have never had to wait that long with dpd before..other than that may purchase again at for petz

Hi Karen, our cut off time for DPD orders is 10am as they frequently collect from us between 10-11am. Your order was placed at 10.41am and had unfortunately missed the collection that day but did get dispatched the following day and delivered 24 hours later according to the tracking. We do state 2-4 day delivery on our website due to DPD occasionally take an extra day to deliver to some parts depending on how they manage their collections on some days.
If you are looking a cheaper shipping option we also use GLS but I think there is a slight fault on the website not showing this option to customers below Dublin, when I am off at Christmas this is on my to do list to fix but if you have any issues in the future feel free to fire me over an email and I'll look into it for you ASAP!
