La procédure d'installation est sans couture
La procédure d'installation et d'exécution des outils Fortect est totalement automatique. Un point de restauration est créé au départ. Après reboot de la plateforme, j'ai eu quelques incidents colatéraux dans le navigateur, mais depuis, tout est revenu à la normale. Surtout j'ai mes pilotes à jour.

Bravp et merci, Fortect!
J'étais déjà contente de l'application Forcect en général, mais je viens de vivre une expérience incroyable avec le service client de Forcect, Hier.. je précise que c'était un samedi, après des heures de recherche et essais pour arranger un probleme de son sur WIndows 11, finalement, sans espoir de retour, etant le weekend, j'ai écrit un à Fortect. A ma grande surprise, réponse quasi immédiate et très expansive avec différents points à effectuer pour m'aider à solutionner pour mon probleme. Comme je n'y étais toujour pas parvenu, n'ayant plus le temps, j'ai voulu recommencer ce matin, dimanche! Surprise.. je trouve un nouveau mail de Fortect avec d'autes possibles solutions... et oui, la deuxème était la bonne... bravo et un grand merci à Fortect! Déja que le sentais mon PC super protégé par l'application Forcect, en plus, de ma vie, je n'avais expérimenté un tel service. Je ne peux que conseiller vivement cette application!

-Il y eut d'abord une analyse complète de mon ordinateur suivi d'un bon nettoyage.
-ensuite, ayant un problème avec un logiciel de Microsoft store, la réponse a été immédiate à ma demande d'aide
-les solutions proposées étaient très clairement expliquées et mon problème a été résolu.
Mon interlocuteur et l'équipe sont prévenants et compétents.

Cette application n'a pas un antivirus intégré.L'application est payante.La version gratuite ne répare rien, donc ne sert strictement à rien.Les réparations ce font uniquement avec la mise a niveau par abonnement.Pas de version d'essai pour vérifier si cette application est vraiment efficace.

Fortect premium est un excellent…
Fortect premium est un excellent logiciel de maintenance avec un antivirus intégré et des mises à jour des pilotes. Le service client est excellent sauf qu'ils ont pas su m'aider concernant un dysfonctionnement de la protection antivirus Fortect après avoir desinstaller Kaspersky antivirus, Fortect me demander de désactiver Kaspersky sachant qu'il étais desinstaller. J'ai du réinitialiser mon pc pour réinstaller Fortect. Dommage !

J'ai trouvé un grand soutien des personnes de support avec qui j'ai échangé des messages pour m'aider. C'est vrai que le logiciel que j'avais était bien, mais je ne peux pas continuer, je n'ai pas les moyens pour le nouveau prix de 115,14€ par mois. Merci, mais je ne souhaite pas renouveler mon abonnement, j'ai même désinstallé le programme et je n'avais pas rentré les nouvelles clés.

Malheureusement
Malheureusement, le logiciel n'a pas réussi à me rendre un PC fonctionnant correctement. Sans doute était-il déjà dans un état désespéré ?
J'ai accordé tout de même 5 étoiles car le professionnalisme du service client est remarquable.
J'ai demandé à être remboursé vu que je n'ai utilisé le produit qu'une seule fois et que je l'ai acheté il a seulement 3 jours.
Dans l'heure qui suit, mon abonnement a été annulé et mon remboursement effectué.
Je ne donne donc pas d'avis sur le logiciel mais remercie beaucoup le service après vente.
