Après avoir refait complétement mon PC mes clés de licence ne fonctionnaient plus.
J'ai envoyé un mail à Fortect support dans la soirée et moins d'une demie heure plus tard j'avais un retour m'indiquant que tout était ok et que mes clés étaient reinitialisées.

Le logiciel de maintenance système
Le logiciel de maintenance système, Fortect demande un peu de patience. En effet ce n’est pas un nettoyeur et un videur de PC traditionnel. La version d’essai est contraignante à utiliser car les optimisations doivent se faire manuellement. De plus la période de vérification de 24 heures, n’est pas suffisante pour se rendre compte de l’efficacité de l’amélioration. Je conseille d’acheter une licence, d’installer le logiciel et de lancer la recherche des erreurs. Ensuite d’effectuer l’optimisation automatique. Qui est finalement beaucoup plus courte qu’avec la version manuelle. Au bout de quelques jours d’utilisation le système respire et la différence est visible. D’autre part le support technique par courriel est très efficace, rapide et courtois. Je suis moi-même sourd et j’apprécie les échanges via e-mail plutôt que par téléphone, avec souvent un temps d’attente décourageant. Bien sûr vous pouvez vous faire rembourser en cas de non satisfaction dans un délai de 60 jours. Je recommande, de ce fait, cette application.

Problèmes suite à l'installation réglés
J'ai eu des problèmes avec mon ordinateur suite à l'installation du logiciel. Ils m'ont très bien accompagnés. J'ai eu des directives claires, ils sont polis et patients. Très bon suivi ! On se sent important pour eux. Merci infiniment encore !
