A total online fraud.They have no shop in London .Address given only available via emails.Spent £29 on a Henley T shirt .What I received was a rubbish replica too small to wear. Material used not even suitable to use as a floor cloth.Forced to give 1 star just to be able to warn others.Obvously shipped in from mass produced rubbish from possible China or India —Henley? I think not. Complaining these scammers is a complete waste of time and effort.

Ordered shoes from this company never received no replies to emails tracking page does not work also no contact numbers. Do not waste your money scammers

Wrong size was sent the happily refunded it for me super happy was very quick as well.

I believe this company are scammers. I ordered a top and shorts, both were poor and the sizes ridiculous.

Unable to contact the company so returned the items which have been refused and sent back.

The web site is mis-leading, do not be tempted.

Worst company I have ever dealt with inferior quality ,said I’d get partial refund never happened left with a crushed dress I’ve tried to get part refund and keep product ,at least that way I’m getting some of my money back.No replies from them .Do not buy from this company ,no customer loyalty ,and no way of contacting them apart from email

the clothing looks nothing like the picture. it is poorly made. And hen i wanted to return it, they offered my a refund MINUS a 30% restocking fee. This is not in their T&Cs. Then they offered me 50% refund without having to return the item, which i accepted. Then, they withdrew that offer and offered me a credit voucher against another order, or 50% off another order. they are basically crooks!
DO NOT buy from these people.

Top was described on the website as hard wearing denim cotton. When it was delivered it was poor quality nylon, was cheaply made and had no labels.
Initial response to complaint was to offer a 30% refund. When full refund requested they said I had to pay return postage and there would be a restocking fee. After email explaining that they were in breech of various trading standards and requesting a full refund there has bee no further communication . Would prefer to give them 0 stars.

Web site suggested Express UK delivery but took 2 weeks delivered by EVRI and left on doorstep. Sizes didn't match as advertised and product quality was very poor certainly not worth the price.
When asking details for return and refund told they don't do full refunds .If items returned they keep 30%for restocking. Emails have been ignored so far .

Disgusting dress made with inferior quality material. Nothing like the one advertised. They dont honour thr returns policy they advertise. If you want to return an item you have to pay postage and also a 30% handling charge. Dont buy from them. Scam artists!!

Item is nylon, 3 sizes smaller, shipped from China although site looks legitimate in Islington, London. Cannot be trusted, don't understand how they can get away with it in this day and age. Advertises 4.7 trustpilot reviews!!!! N order 22 May arrived 8 June.!!! No words, utterly disgusting.
