It is clean and convenient. The working hours are a bit less, no flexibility. 6 day working only.
I received a message that I do not need to serve any notice and when I vacated there were 22 days the space was vacant and did not get any refund. I think it would be best to pay weekly DD not monthly.
Overall the experience is good staff are pleasant.

We’re sorry, however, that you were disappointed with the access hours and payment terms. Our opening times are set to balance customer access with on-site safety and staff availability, but we do regularly review them based on feedback. Regarding the billing cycle and notice period, we follow a monthly payment structure in line with our terms and conditions, though we appreciate your comments and will take them into consideration.

reliable, affordable, & overall 10/10
they were super friendly and the facilities are well-maintained! a good temperature and clean. they allow you to (as much as possible) choose your unit and are very patient about it. a perfect option for students, affordable and reliable. easily the best storage option i've ever gone with.
