A very long day but great crew
Bit of confusion around start times but the crew called me to notify me they were en route. Was a bit confused when a Blue Sky Van turned up as I’d booked through Hippo and this caused a bit of anxiety being a woman moving on her own, but the crew explained the link between the companies and all was well. Took a while to load but it was a very long day so overall I am happy with the service. It was a long distance move so I was very stressed but the crew made me feel at ease hence the overall 5 stars!

The team were amazing. Went above and beyond to get a big house packed up and moved to two separate houses. Nothing was too much of a problem, they handled everything we threw at them. Definitely recommend and would use again.

Hippo did our move today and we were so impressed we wanted to give them a review straight away. Tahir, Shaheen and Shoaib took great care with our belongings and were so efficient. Everything was delivered to the room we needed. We won’t even consider any other company in future. They’re great!

Amazing!
What can I say? Absolutely brilliant team, JJ was really great, he communicated well throughout the whole day, and the rest of the team Saad and Ahsan! All really friendly guys and they were super quick and efficient, I was surprised how quick they were to dismantle everything and put back up, they waited for a while for us so the old tenant could move out before we moved our stuff in our new home, so they were really patient and just got good vibes all day. They were also really careful with all of our things. I was anxious about the whole move but they made my day stress free and it went so smoothly. I am so grateful! Thank you to Reece and his team. Would highly recommend and in the future I will be going with Hippo Trucks again!

An incredible service
I cannot recommend this team highly enough. From the moment they arrived, bang on time, they were calm, kind and thoroughly professional, and they stayed that way through a very long day.
Nothing was too much trouble. They wrapped everything with real care without ever being asked, took on extra jobs to make things easier for me, and when it became clear that even four vans weren't going to be enough, they arranged a fifth at a moment's notice without any fuss.
What I'll remember most is their kindness. My daughter is injured and currently in a wheelchair, and they helped her over and over again, patiently and thoughtfully, every single time. They were just as reassuring with me, and I felt supported from start to finish on what could have been a very stressful day.
They stayed well beyond their finish time to make sure the job was completely done, leaving nothing to chance, and left everything spotlessly clean.
A truly exceptional team who went far above and beyond. If you're moving, book them. You won't find better.

Wow, thank you for taking the time to write such a detailed review. It genuinely means a lot to us.
It sounds like the team had a very long day but the fact they kept the same calm and caring approach throughout especially when things became more complicated says a lot about them. Arranging the fifth van at short notice and staying until everything was properly finished is exactly the sort of thing we want our teams to do.
Most importantly, thank you for mentioning how they supported your daughter. Moving day is stressful enough without having to worry about someone who is injured so I’m really glad the team were patient thoughtful and there to help whenever needed.
We’ll make sure the whole team sees this. They should be very proud of these words.
Thank you again for trusting Hippo Trucks with your move. ❤️
