Swift removals had cancelled on and we NEEDED a removal company. I told Peter this and he was fantastic, didn't mess me around or take advantage. Good, fair and honest quote with a weeks notice.
The guys that attended on the day were also fantastic. Got there just after 8am and by 10am the house and garden was empty so we could clean and be out for 11am. Well in advance of any time frames we needed to work by.

The guys were then eager to load into the new property. Despite keys being received at 3.45pm, they had unloaded everything by 5.30pm. I tried to help but they kept telling me 'no' and it was for them to do for me. Something I'm definitely not used to!

We recently used APEX Removals for our move from a two-bedroom flat in Oxford to a three-bedroom house in Cambridgeshire, including furniture disassembly and reassembly, and we were very happy with the service they provided.

Peter, our main point of contact, was professional, responsive and proactive in communicating with us throughout the process. After reviewing the amount of belongings we had, he quickly arranged an additional Luton van for our move at less than a week's notice, which we really appreciated.

On moving day, Moussa, Naman and Guri were equally professional and worked hard throughout the move. They took good care of our belongings and wrapped furniture where they felt additional protection was needed before moving it, which was reassuring and very helpful.

We also really appreciated how considerate the team were when arriving at our new home. They were thoughtful about where and how they parked the vans, making an effort to minimise disruption to our neighbours and other residents in the area.

Overall, we had a very positive experience with APEX Removals. The whole team were professional, helpful and considerate from start to finish, and we would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable removals service.
