Fox retain storage rental overpayments
Fox retain storage rental overpayments, even if you vacate just one or two days into a new payment period. They metaphorically shrug their shoulders about this as if just another universal element of the capitalist system that they can’t do anything about, but of course they could if they cared about ethical trading.

We appreciate your comments regarding our billing policy. Whilst we understand your frustration, fixed rental periods are standard throughout the self storage industry and are clearly outlined within our storage agreements from the outset.
As a commercial business, we have to operate within clearly defined terms that allow us to maintain secure, well managed facilities whilst offering competitive pricing and promotional discounts.

The staff were absolutely brilliant, friendly and very helpful. However, just to make people aware, if you leave before your contract ends, for example, 2 weeks left to run, you will not receive a refund for the unexpired portion. I think this is rather poor, as that unit can be re-let at full cost whilst original renter loses 2 weeks which has already been paid

Perfect international and domestic move at the same time.
Fox simultaneously arranged a perfect international moving and storage experience. Every step from the original video call for quote, to pickup packing, and transporting of the goods was most impressive.Particularly, how well international and domestic were cordinated by Mike White in Cwmbran with Dan, Lewis and Rob the Cardiff team who carefully packed and transported the goods to separate storage locatons for shipping. Also, Chloe was excellent in arranging a temporary locker for the pending delivery to London, whilst the main shipment to the USA is already on its way. Very personal and most efficient service from Fox. Thank you Fox for a totally first class service.

South Wales to Northumberland
Chloe, Leighton and the team were extremely helpful and professional throughout our move from Newport South Wales to Northumberland. The staff, service and packing materials were second to none.
Our move fell through at the last minute and as we had agreed a moving date with our buyer we had to move out and put all our possessions into storage. It was a very stressful time but made less so with the help of everyone at Fox Cwmbran.
Carl and Phil moved us out of our old home and then into our new home a month later in Northumberland. They were a pleasure to work with and very respectful of our possessions. Thank you for taking care Mr Bones 🙂!!
For anyone thinking of using Fox I would highly recommend this company and the team at Cwmbran.

Helpful staff and spotless facility
The staff were always helpful and friendly, especially Chloe on reception. The facility was spotless and access was good both inside and outside in the parking area. The contract process was straightforward and troublefree at end. Highly recommend Cwmbran.

The team, especially Chloe, have been fantastic at the Cwmbran branch. Always so pleasant, friendly, helpful and nothing is too much. Sad that I no longer need storage. The only thing I will add (obviously this is out of the team’s hands) is the opening hours and being closed on a Sunday. Other than that, 5*
