Same experience as many on the night of 4 August 2025. I had a few notifications come in to say that I won a share of a jackpot which was part of their Summer Nights promotion. I made 5 seperate requests to withdraw those winnings which totalled £11,900. The next day, my account had been closed and the withdrawal requests were all reversed with no explanation other than a "technical error".

The Chat Host at the time of the game confirmed that any monies credited to our accounts was won legitimately and we could withdraw - they were congratulating people and even encouraging people to book holidays!

I replied to their email requesting a proper explanation along with evidence of this error and await a response. If not satisfactorily resolved (i.e. by paying out what was won), I will take this further to the Gambling Commission and Trading Standards.

After playing for several years I finally got a decent win, tried to withdraw only for my account to be closed and withdrawal cancelled, no contact from Foxy I had to contact them only to be told technical glitch, not only didnt get my winnings but part of the withdrawal included earlier winnings, so they also took previous winning and my balance off me, feel totally ripped off

Would rate 0 but couldn’t …last night I had a big win tried to withdraw it and they cancelled the withdrawal and closed down my account. Emailed customer service for them to tell me they had a technical fault and I won’t be getting a pay out. This site is scamming people big time don’t bother wasting your money with them

Terrible, terrible way to treat customers. We win money, you tell us to enjoy as is legitimate, even to book a holiday. The next day you close our accounts and cancel the winnings.

Awful site! again like a lot of people I’ve seen in here played this app for years never had a big win which makes sense reading a lot of these reviews, had two wins last night requested both only received one of the wins of course the other amount was frozen and then account closed! (While they fiddle with everything) again they have used the technical glitch excuse and agree the bonuses are poor takes forever to come across one and then it’s a measley win will most def be closing my account as there are much fairer sites out there! I request that you contact your provider to know the reason. Then try to place a withdrawal or try with an alternative payment method. Also, there is no issue with the account; it is not closed, and you can log in. Upon reviewing your account, I can confirm that there are no restrictions from our end, and everything appears to be in order. You should be able to log in without any issues.

So what does that mean? What a joke of a company

Won £2400 last night on the jackpot. Was over the moon as I am a regular player. The money showed up in my foxy account so I knew it was real ( or so I thought). I Immediately told all the family and then tried to withdraw it to my bank. Was told it would be cleared in four hours as usual. The following day the money was still not in my bank and my foxy account was closed. No messages as to why...nothing. I eventually managed to speak to someone at foxybingo only to be told that my jackpot win was a computer error or glitch and that I didn't in fact win bugger all. Not happy, fuming in fact. So you're never guaranteed a decent win at foxy as they can just say it's a computer error and you didn't anything. Don't waste your money folks. Bunch of scam artists who are happy to take your money but only pay peanuts back

If I could vote 0 I would. I won last night after trying foxy bingo for the first time. I deposited £5 only and won a full house.

I withdrew and then this morning my account had been suspended and I was told I would not be eligible for the winnings .. despite them taking my money to play the actual game. Awful.

I would have gone no stars if that were an option. Last night, thousands of us were told we had won lots of money on bingo games, a prize pot share... then they don't honour the withdrawals, wake up in the morning and account closed. To be told they had a glitch and accounts will be back up when sorted, so we do not get the money, do not have authority to contest it. Some people manged to get some transferred into their banks, most of us did not. What a disgusting thing to do to people. Not our fault it was some sort of glitch. Will not be playing ever again on this site.

Don't Bother with Foxy Bingo's "Welcome" Bonus
My experience with Foxy Bingo has been nothing short of infuriating. Lured in by a seemingly attractive welcome bonus, I signed up, diligently wagered the required amount with my debit card, and waited for the promised reward. Nothing.
Upon contacting their customer service, I was met with a baffling and utterly illogical explanation. Apparently, my deposit from a major high-street bank via a standard Visa debit card was the reason I was ineligible for the bonus. This was the first I had heard of such a restriction, with no clear indication during the sign-up or deposit process that this would be an issue.
When I questioned this, seeking clarification on what payment methods were acceptable, the response was a list that included Apple Pay, PayPal, and Paysafecard. The irony of being told that these methods were fine, while a direct payment from a reputable bank was not, is astounding. To add to the frustration, the customer service representative could not provide a coherent reason why my Visa debit card was disallowed.
This entire episode reeks of a bait-and-switch tactic. The advertised bonus appears to be a smokescreen, with arcane and unpublished rules used to deny legitimate players their promised reward. The contradictory and unhelpful customer service only compounded the feeling of being misled.
If you're considering signing up to Foxy Bingo for their welcome offer, I would strongly advise against it. Save yourself the time, money, and the inevitable headache of dealing with a company that seems to go out of its way to make things difficult and opaque for its customers.
