There is no return policy, so I was charged for 6 months when I didn't use it.

Cannot handle large projects with multiple floors. Does strange things when creating new projects, creates weird geometry, moves and rotates products for absolutely no reason and then crashes losing hours of work. Easy to use with OK renders but doesn't integrate with other CAD packages. Would not use for technical drawings as not accurate enough for experienced interior designers I would recommend Sketchup, Lumion or Twinmotion. Can only handle simple room designs even on a powerful machine

I'm very new to Ai based interior software, after having a walkthrough with masterclass seems very to easy use and reach expected goal with your work

I was trying to upload a 3D design, and was having problems, the support staff took the file, fixed the issue, and then sent it back to me within an hour. The Support staff go above and beyond. They also gave me a student discount because I'm in college. Love this.

I recently used Foyr and I believe it’s a great software to design residential and commercial spaces, helping clients to visualize their spaces. It is the best software I ever used. I strongly recommend it!

Horrible cancellation policy, they will charge you prior to end of contract and do not give a refund when you cancel two weeks before end of contract. The software was not worth it, for example it’s not disability friendly, had limited selection of furniture, and limitations to vaulting designs. It’s a scam.

The software is amazing for my interior design business, I can easily create incredible designs, renders and 2D floorplans.
The support staff are also always on hand and super willing to help with any queries I have.

Truly love this software as it's helped me make beautiful views for my clients... and the assistance that I get via chat is top notch! Although I do think that there are couple of things that could be better, i.e., making it easier to manipulate the models, make models and more variation in lighting views, it's the best/easiest software I've come across that isn't over the top expensive.

The program is easier to use and has a Done for you design service as well so its convenient for me to outsource and also to make changes if I have to.

This company is a complete scam. I had a year’s subscription which I cancelled the week prior to it renewing. Apparently I was still charged, I spoke with CS and they were unknowledgeable. They couldn’t understand that I was having trouble canceling as their program is naturally glitchy. They tried to bargain with me offering to credit me at 50% off. I said I do not want a subscription to your program. CS said they’d be in touch with me on solutions, crickets. Followed up with them again, no response. Disputed with my CC and finally someone from CS reached out. Turns out I was still charged for this. This company is desperate for sales. If you subscribe to well known design programs such as Adobe or Autodesk, they will give you a refund within 30 days of renewal. This company makes it very difficult to cancel and they purposely make it challenging so they can take your money. I’m disgusted.

I ordered the software to try on a small project. I'm trying to cancel my account and this company is borderline harassing. They require you to answer questions, then make an appointment to cancel. When you reach out to support, they again go around and around on keeping the account and still won't cancel it without forwarding it to another person. Beware before giving them money then trying to get out of it!

I moved to using Foyr from a previous platform about a year ago and could not be more pleased. Great software and wonderful, available customer service!

I found it difficult navigating through the app but as a busy designer my time reading the how too's was very cumbersome. Until an angel sent to me by the name of Noemi helped me through the most difficult stumbling blocks in my design process. She not only was able to help me better understand the app, she also helped me to create the most amazing designs and she does it such a short turn around time. It's like she is in my head and know exactly what I need. She is 'perfection' in her expertise! Thank you so much Noemi, you are the best!!.

It has been 3 years since we get on board Foyr to support our rendering department. Although we are so used to 3D max, we started trying out digital online software like Foyr to speed up rendering cycles and since then, Foyr has been a great partner. Their 24/7 support almost never fail to rectify problems my colleagues and myself face from time to time using it. Surely a trusted partner and we are happy to continue using Foyr
