I applied for a particular role with skills requirements that seemed to match mine, and both Andrew Spratt & Chris Knowles were diligent, communicative, attentive, and really personal. They took the time to understand where my skills were, what sort of company I was looking to work for, and why I was looking for a new role. I was introduced to their client and we discussed a couple of employment options (contract and perm), it was agreed that one may be more preferable than the other for me, my decision was discussed and negotiations on the offer package were made.

This resulted in an offer being made and accepted. Hoorah!

I found Chris & Andrew to really want to understand what I was looking for and trying their best to ensure my needs and wishes for future development/progression were met.
