On August 6, 2024, I made 2 orders on this e-shop. I used the discount code all60. On August 9, 2024, the order status got stuck, saying that it is waiting for the shipping service. Nothing since then. After 2 weeks I have no scent or money and support ignores all my emails. I don't understand how he can have such a huge influence, such sh**** customer support. Never again..

Edit 04.09.2024 - After several emergency calls and warnings that as soon as I do not receive information about the shipment, I will forward the problem to the appropriate authorities, the package was delivered to me.
Still Never again..

Multiple orders over the past few years with never a problem. The poor reviews are from incel trolls who have nothing better to do than bash a business because they don't like the face of the company. Look at the Fragrantica reviews and youtube comments to see the same losers bashing Fragrance One.

I placed a large order($1900) with a Memorial day holiday discount about a month ago. Received an update that it was ready to ship within a few days. Then after that NOTHING. Waited 3 weeks and received nothing so I tried contacting them. I emailed the contact on their website, called their phone number multiple times, and I still had not received ANYTHING or even a response. I eventually went through Paypal. The only response I received was through Paypal, asking me what I was missing. I let him know I was missing the entire order. Still, no response so I contacted them again asking simply for an update and was given a refund due to them being "out of stock for another 3 weeks". I explicitly stated that I did not want to cancel the order, that I only expected an update. Seems to me that he was unwilling to fulfill the order because of the coupon code that I had used. They had posted a big discount code days before the holiday on social media and now I am at a loss. Shady shady behavior.

Why did I have to chase them down? They did not honor the advertised price which displays this company's lack of integrity. Totally unprofessional. Their business is obviously not being run properly. No communication from them at all.

I wanted to order today, but when I saw these reviews here, they are very negative about this company and I will refrain from buying and I will not make the same mistake. Thanks for the experiences of the friends who said here.

I only had good experiences ordering from fragrance One, very speedy delivery and the products are TOP! Very good and long lasting perfumes (favorite: DATE Women).
I ordered multiple times (I'm from Europe) and I never had problems with the delivery.
They are a bit more expensive but there are deals from time to time, like buy 1 one and get 1 for free or like 25 % off.
8 out of 10 times I get compliments about my perfume when I wear DATE for Woman, or people ask me which fragrance I use, it is really a good one!

Habe drei Düfte gekauft, natürlich hat mir keiner gefallen und ich habe alles zurückgesendet. Nicht nur dass die Rücksendung sauteuer ist, auf das Geld warte ich nun 15 Monate später immer noch. 270€ aus dem Fenster. Kein Kundenservice, keine Kontaktaufnahme möglich. Verarschung pur‼️ absolut keine Empfehlung‼️

Is a scam, I orderd a parfum and I didnt recieve and nobody answer me, if I call, a guy say I dont have time and I cant reach the customer service:(((
Is very wierd that the Fragrance, let a website like this is actieve, I think is them that do this with customers, I hate you f* guys and service

Seit einer Woche haben die mein Geld, aber es passiert nichts. Support reagiert nicht. Werde noch eine Woche warten und dann mir einen Anwalt nehmen. Bin solche Drecksfirmen leid.

Teure Produkte, Lieferung unvollständig, Abbuchung in voller Höhe, keine Information, auf mehrmalige Nachfrage keine Antwort, gar keine Reaktion, PayPal Fall eröffnet, auch nach Kontaktaufnahme durch PayPal keine Kommunikation von Seiten des Verkäufers, Geld zurückerhalten, Dank an PayPal, nie wieder Fragrance One GmbH, definitiv NICHT empfehlenswert

Einfach nur schrecklich! Habe 2 Produkte bestellt, geliefert wurde völlig ohne Erklärung nur eines davon. Mehrfach an den Support geschrieben und NIEMALS eine Antwort erhalten. Absolute Frechheit. Gottseidank habe ich mir KLARNA bezahlt, jetzt quälen die sich damit rum von denen eine Antwort zu bekommen. Ich zahl ja nicht für ein Produkt das nie bei mir eingetroffen ist. Wie kann man so eine Firma führen? Zieht sich zum Zeitpunkt dieser Bewertung schon seit 30.11.22 hin.

What a scam. I cancel my order same day I order it no respond from the costum service. Now one week later I have send 2 more e-mail but totally silence from the costum service. Keep away from this company

Its an excellent application to purchase perfumes.these perfume smell divine and long lasting.you also have offers so that you can save few bucks.must try perfumes.

Absolut unzufrieden!!! Auf mehrfache E-Mails und Anfragen wurde keine Antwort gegeben. Als ich mehrfach gebeten habe, die Bestellung zu stornieren, noch bevor diese verschickt wurde, da ich was anderes gefunden habe, gab es keine Antwort und es wurde trotzdem verschickt. Das Geld ist auch abgebucht, natürlich.

Sobald die Ware eintrifft, sofort wieder zurück, und mein Geld wieder zu mir.

Der Support ist einfach nur zum heulen, entweder überhaupt keine Antwort , oder 1 Antwort am Tag, wenn überhaupt.

Kann ich überhaupt nicht weiterempfehlen. Normalerweise würde ich noch nicht mal einen Stern vergeben.

Ich bin stinksauer!!!
