I ordered La Bombe by Carolina Herrera. I have had the fragrance sprayed on me in various perfumeries so I know the smell.
The perfume I have received is absolutely not the perfume I ordered despite it being in the same bottle.

Rude, no delivery, avoid.
I emailed Fragrance Click regarding a non delivery with evidence and didn’t receive a response.
I then called customer services and asked to speak to a manager. I was told I was speaking to the Customer Services Manager ( a male), after which another member of staff randomly took over the call and started shouting. I found the foreign female staff member rude, dismissive and unwilling to help. When I challenged the handling of my complaint, the call was abruptly ended.
The customer service I received was unacceptable. As a result, I have now had to raise a dispute with my card provider.
Very disappointing experience. Avoid

We're very sorry to hear that you feel this way.
I can confirm that our team did receive a call from you but sadly no email was received. The tracking information also showed the parcel as being delivered so we advised that we would raise an enquiry with the courier, email you with the details as soon as the phone call ended, and resolve this for you as soon as possible.
Sadly, despite us explaining the exact process and support we would offer, you did become increasingly insistent over the phone and unwilling to accept the standard process that almost all retailers and couriers follow.
We assured you that we would never leave you without the item or a full refund, but as you were also unwilling to accept this another member of our team took over the call to ensure that the process was thoroughly explained.
We apologise for any inconvenience that was caused. Our team are always happy to help and understand that delivery issues can be very frustrating. Because of this we do take action and resolve them as soon as possible, but we sadly cannot indefinitely stay on calls where our staff are being spoken to very poorly.
Genuine product and very fast delivery. I will recommend.

Not convinced the perfume is genuine or, if it is, they are selling old batches. Ordered Viktor and Rolf Flowerbomb, it arrived completely the wrong colour. Batch code said it was over 4 years old. I did get a full refund when I returned it but it’s still very
