Lovely, well made frames

Good quality frame, easy to order. Well packaged and quick delivery. Would definitely use again, good value for money.

Excellent service

Very good website for bespoke framing.Perfectly accurate, speedy, efficient delivery. All good.
Only grouch would be that i wish the delivery contractors (dpd i believe) would ring the door bell to say they had left the item in the hallway. This way, i could’ve gone down immediately to pick the item up, instead of finding out online, that it was sitting in the hallway for anyone coming and going in the block to help themselves if they so felt like it.
This is in no way any fault of Frames.co.uk

Excellent product knowledge and assistance with measuring when I rang Frames. Delighted with the frames which were a perfect fit.

Easy to order and packaging and delivery were very good.
The quality of the frame is excellent.

After speaking to a gentleman over the phone, I ordered a special frame it arrived exactly as they said it Wood and the service was excellent. Could not have done better.

The frame was exactly as i ordered and fitted the painting perfectly, very well packaged too

Very good quality frame, I was really surprised. Arrived packed well and fits my artwork perfectly.

Great comms, easy to frame the large numbers of print we have, saved a fortune. Well thought out packaging takes the worry out of buying large frames in bulk.

Great service, high quality product, highly recommended

Great frames and fast protected delivery.

Excellent website, and great service. Frames arrive very well packaged, and safe. A recommended company

Great quality of frame and good communication with company

I have used Frames.co.uk several times now and will continue to do so as I new picture frames in the future. The web site can be a bit confusing, but when you get the hang of it is ok. I think a bit more guidance on sizing would be helpful, especially when it comes to allowing the amount of overlap you may want on the mount - sometimes the edge of mount can be a bit close to the edge if the picture. Choice of frames is very good. Information regarding delivery is very good and the frames come very well packaged. You just end up with a lot of cardboard to get rid of.
Their frames might be more expensive than ready made frames from IKEA and Next etc but having a frame made to suit your picture is far better.
