Our order was for a very large frame (1.65m x 1.5m) - the Frames team advised us that we needed a more substantial frame than the one we had ordered for this size, gave us a good price and delivered an excellent job.

I've been buying frames from Frames.co.uk for many years. The quality of frames and mounts is excellent. The frames are packaged really well, so I have had no damage issues in transit.

Used this firm many times , the most recent order came well packed and on time .Even though I can only afford the cheapest frames I can not fault the finish and precision size wise.

I had ordered a bespoke frame and it was well made and fitted the picture perfectly. It also arrived in less than the 10 days advised for the manufacturing process.

This process was over complicated and the mounts which arrived were the wrong size (which was probably my fault) but white rather than black which I had ordered. Luckily I had backed up with another company due to a deadline and that order worked better.

No idea whether they are doing well or not. The frame we bought at a competitive price was not of the quality we hoped, but it was cheaper than some competitors. Not much more to say.
