Arrived in good time, well packaged
Arrived in good time, and very very well packaged (I always worry about buying mounts for delivery and how they will survive, but no issues here at all).

measurement instructions could be improved upon but otherwise great!
I ordered a double mount, and frame, for a print that I had already purchased, and it looks brilliant.
The ease of choosing the mount and frame to fit my print was excellent.
However, I ordered a replacemnet mount for a framed print I already had. I followed the instructions of how to measure for the mount in the frame and it didnt take into account the couple of mms around the edge that fit into the recess of the frame that is not visible.
So I've ended up with a mount that doesnt quite fit.
However, that said, the quality of the product, and packaging to get it here intact was absolutely 5 star.

Online website easy to use
Online website easy to use, I was disappointed with my bespoke frame as for a small frame it had perspex instead of glass, so I am unable to use this in a gallery as it looks cheap. This was not made clear when ordering. The wooden frame is fine but overall I was quite disappointed.
