I was very unhappy with a made to…
I was very unhappy with a made to measure frame as I didn't feel the final sryle matched the description. However, my complaint was dealt with promptly, with a new frame and my request to see a frame photo so i could satisfy myself before I committed to it being made. Very happy with that frame as well as with the other two I ordered. Really appreciate good customer service!

The web site was set up so well, everything was easy to work out. I wish all Web sites were designed like this. Well done to all involved. When my frame arrived I was hesitant about opening the box thinking it be like I wanted it to be... how wrong was I! My picture fitted the frame perfectly. It looks so professional.

Made to measure - perfect but pricey.
Ordered a made to measure frame which arrived in just over a week.
The frame is well made,decent quality and very well packaged.
Feel it's a touch pricey but it's exactly what I needed so hey ho.
