Appalling manager. This guy wants people to wait out in the rain when there’s tables inside. Rude about it as well, no please or thank you. Hurry up mate, this isn’t Italy

Food very nice and staff very good. However we have decided not to return as they dont accept cash.

Pranziamo e ceniamo spesso da franco manca earls court a Londra da anni e ci troviamo benissimo per la cortesia la professionalità e la qualità degli ingredienti. Un forte ringraziamento a Tommaso Chris Aya e Beckim per la loro gentilezza e simpatia. Lo consigliamo vivamente a chiunque si rechi a Londra e voglia trovarsi come a casa.

Prices gone up considerably. My complaint is I emailed Franco on their site 4 times that stamp was not added on App. Not first time either. Never answered me. Head office dont have phone number either.

I went to the Westbourne Grove branch. Claim is that any pizza can be done on a Gluten free base. The assistant told me this wasn't the case. I asked her to check with the chef and she never came back. I went in again later to say this was unacceptable and she told me the chef didn't know either. Very poor, I should have checked the reviews before I went. Train your staff FM.

Showed to our table by the world's most miserable waitress. We waited 30 minutes without service whilst the same miserable waitress meandered around and other staff walked by. Eventually we decided to just leave and went around the corner to Bella Italia where the staff were attentive. Don't know how Franca Manca are still in business as it seems hospitality is manca along with Franca .

Went to the Richmond branch. The service was not much good because they had a trainee on. My friend ordered a vegan pizza with no cheese and extra mushrooms but it came with cheese and no extra mushrooms. My pizza was rather burnt on the bottom but I ate it anyway. Also the draught IPA was flat. I probably won't go there again.

Such a shame went for my adult daughter’s birthday to the Aldwych branch, not a good experience . Zero service , hospitality or interaction , had to flag down someone to clear tables no apologies , no one checked in on us the whole time we couldn’t move for dirty plates and left overs .
Bathrooms were filthy and I refused to pay service charge as it was my daughter’s birthday and I had messaged in advance, spoilt the evening .spoke to manager who said if you come another time you might get better service !
Well over a hundred pounds spent would not waste your money . More customer service in a macdonalds . I didn’t stay for any more drinks or desserts

Came for my birthday to the London Bridge branch and everyone was fantastic - especially Franco!

My wife and I visited Franco Mancos Manchester Picadilly Gardens venue for lunch.
My wife picked Aaron Potter X Pizza, which was delicious and full of Ham
I chose the Pulled Lamb Pizza. My choice was extremely disappointing with hardly any lamb on the pizza compared to my wife’s pizza.
I took photos to show, but seems i cant upload them from this page.
The manager asked if everything was Ok and I explained my disappointment in my choice. He just agreed and walked off. No action to say sorry, let me get you another one.
We have usually been very pleased with our previous visits, but not on this occasion.

The Pizza is ok (not great as not much toppings) but service awful. The worst think is the stamp system - in 50% of my restaurant visits it didnt work and staff a clueless how its supposed to work... again the pizza is good but wont go their again i suppose...

I booked a table at the Greenwich restaurant for 20:00 we got there at 7:34 and told to come back as they were fully booked

The restaurant as per the photos was dead not even at 20% capacity

The front of house waitress was rude and if it was my business I would have got her washing dishes and away from customers

We finally managed to get her to sit us and watched her turn away at least 50 customers on the basis they were fully booked

So service sucks

Not great to be honest pizza was not cooked all the way through and toppings apart from the sausage were poor at best
The organic wine for £30 quid was rough
In short save your money go to M&S and get a wood fire pizza and a bottle of their Grillo or any other Italian and you will be in a much better place

Horrible experience: Most rude customer service i have ever experienced at any restaurant. We ordered a pizza order number /bill no 131 on 20/06/26 and served by Dayo. We specifically mentioned/ confirmed that the pizza is vegeterian. yet when the order was served it had fish. On requesting them to correct they denied. We asked them to keep the pizza for themselves.

We really liked the service provided by the Team who did everything they could to make our experience pleasurable.
The only thing that went wrong was the pizza we ordered. What was meant to be a proscuitto and fungi pizza turned out to have only a couple of ham pieces on it and the mushrooms were almost non existant. The tomato sauce, usually a base, was just a spoonful thrown into the middle of the pizza. Looking at our neighbours's pizzas, there was no comparison. Could it be that we were served by a different pizzaiolo chef from them?
When we explained the situation to Bhauya, the young lady who brought us the bill, she kindly listened and went off to speak to her manager, then came back and offered a generous discount. That was much appreciated.

Lincoln branch - Sat 9th May

It was very quiet and yet we waited 20 mins for a starter of garlic bread (which was burnt on the bottom!) and then a further 30 mins for our Pizzas. Two tables that walked in 20 mins after us received their food before us. We use regularly and normally it is good. But on this occasion it was terrible. And they still added service which I asked them to remove!

Alex and Bhanu at Franca Manca in Richmond were so polite and sweet when I placed a large order for this Sunday. When I arrived to collect, the order was ready and as it was a very time sensitive lunch, I was really grateful there were no delays. Definitely recommend the delicious pizzas as well. Sourdough gets my vote every day of the week! Totally yummy. Many thanks.

Visited Bristol France Manca yesterday. Pizzas were lovely. The staff were efficient and friendly, we really enjoyed our visit (group of 4). More than happy to recommend the restaurant.

We thought we had discovered a good place to eat until our most recent experience at the Richmond branch. Service was very poor. We were the only two customers yet we had to summon service to order. Our pizza order was then incredibly forgotten! We were still the only two customers. Finally we had to chase the bill.

On the plus side as compensation we were given free pizza but this was just as well as it was undercooked and cold.

It’s very likely we won’t be back.
