Great experience in the Plymouth Restaurant. Welcomed enthusiasticly by Kielan, made to feel welcome from the start.
Served by Josh who was attentive, helpful and friendly throughout, and compliments to the chef on a mighty fine Pizza and Charcuterie Board.
All in all a great meal, and somewhere we will look forward to visiting again, and would recommend to friends and family, and anyone reading this.

Awful pizzas zero flavour but that could also be down to the near zero toppings. Will never buy another, at £6 each......steep anyhow. Quattro formaggie and halloumi & hot honey.

"Narrow people should sit this side"

Walking in, waiting to be seated, I believe by the manager, who showed us to a table and said "I suggest narrow people should sit this side....." well wouldn't want to know what the food was like, we left sharpish! Absolutely awful customer experience, always wanted to try Franca Manca too - won't be returning!

I had a great experience at Franco Manca in Kentish Town. The sourdough pizza was absolutely delicious — light, fresh, and full of flavor. The service was quick, and the staff were really friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is relaxed but lively, perfect for a casual dinner or pre-gig meal if you're heading to the O2 Forum nearby.
Prices are very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the food. I’ll definitely be coming back — highly recommend!

Exceptional quality of product - the sourdough pizza was remarkable; quality of service, atmosphere. I make sure to eat at Franco Manca each time I visit Cambridge. Highly recommended! A cappuccino rounded out the meal.

Bad experience in Greenwich. We went to the pizzeria to sit down about an hour before closing and despite the long time available plus most of the empty room, we were greeted with a we will close in an hour, at most I can seat you at two separate tables (7 people). I intervened saying, you have many tables available, it makes no sense to seat us separately and in any case it is an hour before closing not 10 minutes... The waitress was visibly annoyed. I am not writing the review to condemn or express malice, simply to improve the worker/customer relationship, simply because with a little common sense we would have achieved more for everyone and I guarantee that we would have even left the pizzeria before closing, that happened to the competitor on next door. A restaurant or in any case a pizzeria should have more flexibility in the approach and management of certain very simple situations.

I love franco manca

As someone who is gluten intolerant, it’s rare to find pizza that’s both delicious and gluten-free 🍕❌🌾.

Today I tried Franco Manca (Windsor) for the first time. Wow! what a treat! 🤩👌
This gluten-free pizza was next level, full of flavour, great texture, and honestly topped them all 🙌🔥
I didn’t want it to end 😍🍽️

You have to try their pizza! It's Mouthwatering good 🤤🍕

The food was excellent, but our meal was considerably spoilt by a group rearranging tables, making a lot of noise next to us. The 4 children we using iPads and phones which were so loud it meant we had trouble hearing our own conversation- maybe management should look at their policies on this . I’m sure if I chose to use my phone on loudspeaker something would have been said. Won’t be going back

Holborn staff took our order without mentioning they would close at 10pm on a Thursday evening. Then a surly, aggressive waiter persistently harassed us to leave from 9.45 onwards, slamming glasses down and trying to remove plates before we'd finished. As two female customers we noticed te male customer next to us was not given the same level of service. The difference was stark. Really poor customer service well below the standard at other branches. Staff need training. Disappointing.

Food good, service poor. On a sunny day with busy footfall, surprised only 3 front of house staff working. Waited 30mins for someone to clear empty tables, staff member serving us was not very knowledgeable about basic condiments e.g didn't know what sweetener was, only option they had was so called brown sugar. It only got 3 stars because of the food.

Can't even be asked to cut the pizza. Why would I order takeaway pizza that I cant eat straightaway? How lazy can you get. I ordered for pizza for a quick easy meal and now I need a bloodly knife and fork.

Booked a table in Peterborough and got an email to confirm. I then got a text message the day before to confirm and ask that I get in touch if I needed to cancel etc.
When I turned up about 5 mins before booking time, it was closed with a sign on the window about closure.
Luckily there was a Wildwood opposite which we went to and had amazing pizza.
I thought it was a bit weird how the booking was allowed and then I got communication to confirm right up to the booking but nothing to let me know the restaurant was closed for business.

We visited the Birmingham Franco Manca. Exceptional service and Pizza, which came out piping hot! We ordered 4 Pizza's, Garlic bred and drinks. The Pizza's and taste of dough was superb! Service by Manager Mickeal was brilliant and we complimented him upon leaving the restaurant. It's 4 times our family has eaten at this place, and we'd highly recommend their food. Atmosphere was very lively, but without being rowdy. You'll get family, couples and work colleagues in there as it's situated in the perfect place of Birmingham town centre. If you're looking for great food, service and a good time ... then this is the place to visit. 5* review for the whole team at Franco Manca (Birmingham)

Served wrong pizza and wrong drinks in Franco Manca Soho. Pizza was good but service was very poor. Worst F.M. in London but I do recommend the one on Bermondsey Street. Better standard of service.

Had a delivery of two inedible pizzas - both went in the bin. Customer service terrible. Won’t order from them again.

Unfortunately, our experience at Franco Manca was incredibly disappointing. We waited over 30 minutes after ordering with no update or communication from the staff. Eventually, I approached the counter to ask about our food and was told that our ticket had been missed. There was no apology, no explanation, and no acknowledgment of the inconvenience.

Two different staff members showed a complete lack of interest or concern. When the pizza finally arrived, it was placed on the table - again, no apology or recognition of the delay. We also had no cutlery at the table and had to ask for it. This too was met with silence and indifference.

The pizza itself was fine, but the customer service was appalling. It’s clear the staff are not trained - or simply not interested - in providing even the most basic level of hospitality.

There are plenty of better options. I would strongly recommend going elsewhere.

I had a truly disappointing experience at Franco Manca Broadgate last Thursday. I was dining with a group of 11 people when, to my shock, I saw a small mouse running inside the restaurant, right in front of us. It came in through a side door next to the kitchen, not from the front room, which was far from where we were sitting. The mouse then hid under a table nearby, so I immediately called a waiter. To my disbelief, he completely ignored me.

I then approached a second member of staff, who dismissively claimed the mouse had been caught—even though it was still right there in plain sight. He then brushed it off and walked away. Frustrated by the lack of action, I stood up and spoke directly to the manager. Instead of acknowledging the seriousness of the issue, she downplayed the situation and simply offered us a discount.

I made it clear that I was not looking for a discount—I was raising a concern about hygiene standards and the staff’s poor attitude in handling the matter. Rather than offering an apology or any reassurance, she shrugged and said, "We are in London, it’s full of mice here."

This response was completely unacceptable. Hygiene and customer service should be a top priority, especially in a restaurant. The fact that the mouse came in right by the kitchen is extremely concerning. The way both the staff and manager dealt with this issue showed a complete lack of care and respect for customers.

I expected better from Franco Manca. As a loyal customer, I have always enjoyed their food, but I also expect high hygiene standards and a more professional and friendly approach from staff. Unfortunately, this experience has made me question whether I will return.
