The attempt to practice illegal returns policy. Claiming you cannot return for change of mind online. This is not allowed under UK law (which I can only imagine they know).
Poor quality and customer service
My girlfriend got a bottle as a gift but the lid had an air leak so you couldn’t use the straw out of the box. As it was a gift, we had no receipt. Contacted support online and in store, and they both refused to replace the broken lid, even though a new lid is ~14$AUD? Disappointing costumer support. It’s not hard to give a replacement lid or voucher when the item is clearly brand new and they probably cost a dollar or two to produce.
Also, the quality is not great, the paint comes off quickly. You can get better bottles for cheaper elsewhere.
Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs. Poor quality product, incredibly slow to deliver and non existent customer service when things go wrong. After a month of use the suction failed on the lid/straw despite dismantling and checking all seals. After being absurdly forced to send a video showing the problem (how this helps given the issue is suction, I don't know), they've gone silent and unresponsive. Go to a serious company like Chilly's if you want quality reusable bottles and reasonable service. Frank Green is a pretty marketing scam, masquerading as a serious company.

Awful product made to look good. Marketed extremely well for a severely sub standard product. I opted for the ceramic lined flask as its suggested the ceramic takes away the metallic taste. After 4 hours my coffee is at best luke warm. This is not a good product and would certainly NOT recommend this company.
Just Awful - Avoid
I ordered one of the overpriced monogrammed bottles. Unlike the photo of the website, the monogram was not on the front. It wasn't put directly on the back either - just randomly on the side. The customer service was dreadful.

I made an order more than 2 weeks ago, and have been emailing with "customer service" (in inverted commas, because the name suggests they may provide service to a customer, lol). They cannot tell me where my package is, doesn't even seem to have been dispatched. They have been Hugely unhelpful and uninsightful. Quick to take your money, but go very quiet after that.
I have no comment on the quality of the materials themselves, and I am unsure if I will ever lay eyes on them.
Would not recommend in any capacity, in fact I would advise somebody to avoid.

Bad and delay customer services. Worst online shopping experiences ever . You have to pay for return postage and cannot return in store. Monogram are fading away like a sticker about to peel off and engrave in a funny position

The paint on my 1L water bottle started flaking and peeling soon after I received it.
Contacted customer service, who said I must have put it in a dishwasher!! Which I HAD NOT. They were incredibly unhelpful and rude.
Poor quality, especially at this price point. I would spend my money on something much more durable at a similar price, something like a YETI.

Ordered 10pm at night then contacted to cancel immediately after realising I'd ordered wrong. They declined my refund as my order was apparently already created, customised (monogrammed) and packed along with 1000 other orders. My order said unfulfilled however they claim it was fulfilled but aus post had not collected yet. My order was just placed. They did not have my bottle ready an posted they just didn't want to refund me for any reason. Absolute disgrace. Will never purchase again
Off center personalized name
I have a frank green bottle, I love it. I bought my daughter a personalized one. The name is off center and when I contacted them I was fibbed off and sent another kid? What’s the point in that when the writing is off center. A lot of money to be disappointed . Best not to bother .

Would not even give it a One star , I am a first time buyer and I am disappointed its took over a month to come, emailed a few times but just keep saying its on it way when its clearly not, asked for my money back and still nothing , no good customer service at all , highly recommend not buying from here
Don’t buy from this company
I am a first time customer. I ordered one water bottle as a gift and another for myself. I reached out to customer service as my order didn’t arrive within the 10 business days stated on the website and there were no tracking updates online. I was promised an update which I didn’t receive. Finally my order arrived and I received a bright orange lid on the bottle that was a gift, rather than blue to match the bottle. I know the recipient won’t like this colour, nor the pink which I ordered for myself. So now I have to apologise again to the person who already thinks I forgot her birthday.

Extremely poor quality especially for the price. It barely keeps water cool for longer than an hour. I carried it in my back pack, which is padded with no hard or sharp objects in it, and on day ten of use, two dents appeared from simply being transported in my back pack. Customer support clearly wants nothing to do with it saying dents are normal, but I'm sorry, my $30 decor bottle I was "upgrading" kept water cooler for longer, and has several drops that didn't result in a single dent. I've now got a brand new frank green with multiple dents, not from being dropped, and I've only had it for ten days. I pressed my finger on the metal and it almost dented it too. Flimsy and completely not worth it.
Forget frank green, get something that actually does what it says on the tin.

Ordered a frank green bottle from their website and only received the lid and straw! Given the amount spent, you would expect a better service and feel like i have been ripped off! There is no contact number for customer services, you can only email them.
I love love love my Frank Green drink…
I love love love my Frank Green drink bottles! 💕 I’ve got a few in different sizes and colours, with both flip and button lids. They’re honestly the best — they keep my cold drinks super cold, my hot drinks perfectly hot, and the lids are really nice to drink from. I look after mine and clean them every few weeks, and even after years they still look brand new. Of course, if you drop them or don’t clean them, they won’t stay looking gorgeous! I’ve never had any problems with mine, but when I contacted Frank Green customer service about buying some for a corporate event, they were amazing to deal with. Couldn’t recommend them more! 💧✨
Very disappointing experience favouring their own interests over customers’
I purchased a replacement lid (as one drop on the floor caused the original lid to smash into pieces, unlike other, sturdier bottles like Ocean, which seem to withstand multiple impacts). The lid arrived without the button to open and close it and when I contacted customer service was advised that the button has to be purchased separately which was astounding to me. Fair enough, this is written in the product description on the website but hidden at the end of the text and not very clearly or overtly displayed.
I will now need to purchase the button and pay the same cost as the product for shipping or send the lid back for which the company will not cover postage.
From the responses I’ve received the company appears to operate with a very company-centric and not customer-centric mentality and very much at odds with the experiences I’ve had with other modern companies.
The product is no use to me unless I purchase a button and pay for a second shipment across the globe. They cited sustainability being the reason that a button is sold separately to the lid yet they don’t make it clear to UK-based customers that the products are being shipped from Australia to the UK and mistakes like this mean that multiple global shipments are required or the product goes in the bin, neither of which is in keeping with their supposed sustainable ethos.
Piece of Rubbish
I bought my frank green water bottle from Sydney international Airport in February 2024 and I had problems ever since I bought it. The shoulder slopes in and down rather than upwards towards the neck. I’ve never seen another one this shape. Somehow this causes it to leak everywhere all the time. No matter how tight I close it, I’ve followed online frank green trouble shooting instructions and nothing works so I’ve just put up with the leak. I
Couldn’t return it as I haven’t been back to the airport and as I was leaving the country, I didn’t keep the receipt. I spent a lot of money on a piece of rubbish and I’m not that happy about it. Its only redeeming feature is that it does keep things cold for a long time. I would not recommend this product .

Coffee cups with press down to drink function leak, absolutely do not recommend. Scratch easy and honestly the press down is hard to do and unsanitary
Still waiting
I bought a reusable bottle on the 20th August, im still waiting for it to be shipped. I contacted customer chat 4th september and was told they would contact the warehouse and I have to wait a further 2 working days for a response. Im £39 down with no bottle. This was meant to be here for my daughters week at school and we still dont no when it'll arrive.
