Food was great as usual and we had a birthday voucher to use. The lad serving was called sean and it was a bit of a shame as he was running around on his own serving but he dine a great job. There were a couple of ladies stood around barely helping him. So well done sean!! Hope you got to keep the tip we left you :-)

Went to their White Rose outlet, ordered medium rare steak and tomatoe didn't have any mushrooms so gave me tomatoe halves. Steak was rare and cold, plus steak was tough, wife's food not much better. Won't be going there again, awful, stay away.

Asked for set menu and was given dirty look by staff. Ok i dont want to pay for your overpriced nomal menu sorry. Was given bottke of dr pepper 500ml for £3 utter jokers

Waiting a long time for food, then only part order arrived and got cold.
Fried chicken very dry, pasta like limp noodles. Only the meatballs was very good.
Sorry won't be returning.

Aaron at Glasgow Airport served me last year, I said I would do a review and forgot! He was absolutely exceptional, such attentive service, professional and very welcoming and friendly . He deserves a special mention. Look forward to visiting again soon.

Went to Leicester highcross Frankie and bennys and I can they service was sooooo bad. Waiter was so bloody blunt and he didn’t want to even be there.
Took them ages to come and clear our table even tho I gave them eye contact as a hint I shouldn’t have to ask them.

Eat ice cream with WHAT THE ACTUAL HELL
We went as family to celebrate a birthday and really spoilt it for us.

A sorry pile of re-heated cheap food masquerding as an 'all day breakfast' and a cup of tea -£17 in Glasgow Airport.
They then had the audacity to ask if I wanted to add a tip to the bill.

Dudley Frankie and Bennys food bland nothing nutritional had chicken burger and fries no salad, very dry and bland. Not great value for the money you pay. Only been on a few occasions and never really enjoyed anything on these occasions.

A dispiriting experience at Bristol Airport. Waited for at least five minutes at the reception desk. Restaurant barely half full. Waiter told me to order via the app when ready. This is where the fun started.

Three attempts to get onto the free airport WiFi. No joy. Turned Wi-Fi off. 1-2 bars of phone signal. F&Bs app working at the speed of a stunned slug. After several minutes I managed to order. Payment failed once on Apple Pay. Then failed twice on a debit card, taking ages in the payment confirmation cycle. No luck. Told the waiter that I’d had enough and explained I had given up. I left and order in Burger King next door. I was sat with my food in just 4 minutes. F&Bs is as rubbish as its 1 star reviews suggest.

Not happy made to pay tip no explanation on menu feel was wrong just to add to bill ..never go back !

Booked Basildon Festival Leisure Frankie & Bennys for my partners birthday, idiot waitress told my partner upon arrival that her sister had been in earlier with a cake,(it’s a surprise DUH) how thick can you be, absolutely fuming about it, better yet they decided to bring the cake out on their own accord (we said we’d give them a nudge when ready), to which the cake was bought out and sung to me (it was my partners birthday) whilst her sister was in the toilet, amazing service there Frankie & Bennys 👏 have emailed three times and still had no response - rude rude rude

I went with family to Frankie and bennys at Basildon . My ribs cost £17.50 I got chips and a corn on cob with it was still hungry , hardly nothin on the plate and the ribs was barely warm . Not happy with the food very basic Wetherspoons is better than this .

Lovely warm.welcome and immediate seating by Amy. She was welcoming and fun. Lovely setting and lovely food for a mums and daughters lunch out. Thank you for the giggles x

East Midlands Airport.
Service was bad, we were served by the most unhappy staff who had longer faces than Shergar.
The Drinks were extortionate and the food barely edible.
We had a burger and a chicken wrap.
The burger bun was rock hard and the meat looked preformed, it’s certainly wasn’t made on the premises. It was more salt than meat.
The chicken wrap was only slightly better.
1 larger wine and a small beer plus the food was £45. We will never return to a F&B again

FB Crowne Point Denton. Four of us and a baby visited today. We waited 70 minutes for our food and it was not busy at all. When it arrived, most (not all) was either inedible or cold. Initially they gave us free soft drinks but eventually when we were asked, how the meal was? I told them - bloody awful. To be fair, the manager said the meal was on him and we did not have to pay. Would I recommend this restaurant. Not a chance - stay away and go to TGI Fridays in the same shopping centre.

Our server was lovely so no disrespect to her, but we had the wrong order and the big eats menu which consisted of 3 pieces of the thinnest "pizza" I've ever seen and a small handful of fries!! All portions were very small and the prices were very high. Food was burnt too. Came away disappointed and hungry! What happened to Frankie and Bennys!!!!!

Dont order the breakfast additional £3.30 for a piece of toast to dip in my egg. What a rip off ..

It was a great spot, had a booth to ourselves and the service was super quick and our server, Vasilica super kind. It was a belated birthday meal and she was very warm and welcoming, thank you.
