Went to Frankie & Benny's dunfermline for lunch,ordered 1 bbq chicken pizza and 1 margarita with ham and mushrooms. Staff to busy chatting amongst themselves pizzas arrived margarita without ham sent back to kitchen and returned with slices of ham just laying across the top of pizza not very appetising as wasn't cooked into the pizza.will not return for a long time.

Very disappointing experience. I booked for Saturday at 12pm based on the advertised £1 mains offer, but when I arrived, I was told the offer was not available on Saturdays. This was not clearly stated in the advertisement, so I cancelled my booking. Unfortunately, this has happened to me before, when the offer was refused after I had already eaten and I had to pay the full price. Very misleading advertising and poor customer experience. Went to the outfit at the Kassam stadium Oxford. Truly a disgusting experience. Wife who had mac and cheese has had rampant diarrhoea all night and my burger was tasteless with a tired wet lettuce in mayo mess.
Daughter had no coleslaw when ordered and no fresh fruit even though on the menu. Seats plastic and stuck to them and seating booths cramped and could not choose where to sit with everyone jammed into one half of the restaurant. I will not be visting in the future

Went to Ashford Frankie and Benny's opposite cineworld, the service was super slow, took over 40 minutes for them to even take our orders, let alone bring out our food

Ordered Spagh Bol x2 at the weekend. Plenty Spagh, but no bol. Dry pasta is inedible.

Visited Frankie and Benny's restaurant in Aberdeen for breakfast on 2nd July 2026, what arrived was not as described, 1 piece of cold fatty bacon, burnt but cold sausage, bland potato fries and they forgot the tattie scone altogether, waste of money. Staff did not even enquire as to how breakfast was. Please don't visit unless you want complete disappointment.

I was at your restaurant in Braehead.
We ordered spaghetti carbonara and spaghetti bolanese basically we got 2 plates of spaghetti with very little sauce.
I complained as was told this is the amount of sauce authorised by the company.
Nearly £16 each for 2 bowls of spaghetti.
Luckily I had voucher for one main course free but even then wasn't worth it.
I was there at 1pm on Saturday it was really quiet now I know why.
I will be advising my friends and family not to go either.
Totally digusted with the service.

Never again! Nantgarw is awful. Staff were amazing. Food was disgusting. I had a crispy chicken burger tasted like fish. Daughter had a burger that was burnt and dry. My other daughter had lasagne that was covered in oil. Well over priced for what they serve. Worst part was we went for an 18th birthday. Very disappointed

Me and my friend went to the one in Broughton. We were served by big Mike and he was the best waiter I’d ever met. Made our experience most pleasurable. He was funny, caring and the experience was unmatched all because of Big Mike. Thank you Big Mike we will see you very soon. We will be retuning for big Mike and big Mike only and the food was delicious.

Just visited the Frankie and Benny’s at Cribbs Causeway Bristol. To be fair the food was in general nice. My pizza was tasty. My daughter’s chicken and ribs looked good. And although small, my son in law’s steak was fairly good. However my daughter only had a very light drizzle of bbq sauce on her ribs so they were quite dry. There was ketchup and a chilli sauce on the table but no bbq so we asked for some. Our server said there would be a £1 charge - rather than spoiling the meal we said fine, ok, we’d pay. I assumed we’d have enough sauce for us to all share. What turned up was a tiny dish with at most a tablespoon of sauce - now this was bottled bbq sauce, not some fancy home made stuff. Our total bill came to just shy of £100 so not worth making a fuss about. But very poor customer service. I’ll think twice before going again.

Food was lovely but the waiter made our day Steve he was so lovely friendly and funny as well as helpful, we will definitely be back

I'm just shocked at how much you pay for a lasagna and it doesn't even come with salad or garlic bread. It's not horrible but it's not wow. Should include these items within the price.

The Fareham restaurant at Whitely is excellent. Food was superb. Our server Emma was brilliant and very attentive and a credit to the franchise.

Visited Frankie & Benny’s Highcross Leicester and won’t be going back. The whole place felt cold and lifeless. I even asked for the heating to be turned up, only to be told by a young waitress that it was already on its highest setting… which made for a thoroughly uncomfortable meal.

The food didn’t redeem things either. I had the coalizza and it was drowned in garlic to the point of feeling sick, and the mac n cheese side was meant to have pulled brisket but you’d need a microscope to find it. Totally not worth the price.

The real deal-breaker though was the service. Honestly the worst I’ve ever come across. It took over half an hour just to get dessert. Only two waitresses on, both young, both completely unobservant and inattentive. They approached the table three times and never cleared a single empty plate or glass.

Needless to say, we won’t be returning.

At Bristol airport, the staff members are a bunch of rude kids, that think they are at some kind of play ground. A bunch of kids in urgent need of adult experienced supervision. Food is average and too expensive for what you get. Beer got to table already warm! Never again!!

Booked a table for last night at Braehead near Glasgow airport was delayed due to problem at check in phoned and changed to take away . Arrived after the restaurant had closed and was given the food for free ! Lovely service thanks
