Very Happy
Didn't take long to arrive even though overseas. Easy to order online. Only point I would make is that customer needs notification of when goods are posted. Confirmation of purchase received but not notification of when they were sent until I enquired. Turns out they were packed and sent the very next day which is fantastic.

Quick delivery, was very reasonable postage but because I had only had small amount from from them, they refunded me some postage . Which I thought was very lovely of them. Plus there stock is lovely, will defo be visiting and buying again , many thanks.

A good choice of felting kits
I received my order pretty promptly. It was well packaged.
The kit looks very straightforward and has all the necessary equipment for the picture. The kits on offer are very varied and reasonably priced.

Learn as you go!
Attractive and good quality contents. I was disappointed with the instructions which consisted only of a suggested sequence for felting. A video tutorial would have been great especially as it is sold as suitable for beginners. It was difficult to know how much wool to use and how to tackle the fine details on the owl’s wings. Finished product effective. Jane
