The item I ordered arrived in good time, well packaged. The only thing I would have liked is some notification of when it had been dispatched. Not a criticism though. Item lovely and as described.

Item and delivery were spot on, these needle holders have been a God send, I have arthritis in my thumbs and holding a needle in these have given me a chance to enjoy my hobby with less strain/pain. 100% recommend.

Frankie and Sidney are a wonderful small business that go the extra mile for you. The alpaca picture has arrived and it looks so cute and looking forward to starting it. I had a slight problem with delivery but I had no problem at all in contacting them. Mandy was so wonderful in sorting it and kept in touch every step of the way. I highly recommend them and will certainly be ordering from them again. Thank you Mandy for all your help.

New needle felting packs!
There's plenty of choice of needle felting kits giving me some different ideas. It was an easy, efficient service to order and the kits arrived earlier than expected in eco-friendly packaging. Looking forward to completing them.
