Great to deal with, linked me to NICF
Millie was extremely quick to reply everything I emailed, providing quotes and also confirming the delivery. The turnaround was super fast and the flooring arriving earlier than planned by 1 week. It literally took a few days whereas locally I was quite 6-8 weeks delivery for the flooring. I would highly recommend using frankly flooring.

Great service
I needed a quick turnaround on my flooring order so reached out the customer service team, they responded in a timely manor, managed expectations by being open about when they would recieve the materials from the supplier and then delivered at the start of the delivery window they gave me. Would highly recommend.

Great all round service and competitive price
I was able to speak to a human on the telephone about my order, which is rare in itself. The staff were helpful with my order and responsive to up date requests by phone and email. The carpet came promptly and the delivery driver actually brought it inside for me, as it came earlier in the day than I anticipated and my husband was not home to assist. It was supposed to be kerbside, so I was very grateful. The price was also extremely competitive. My carpet looks great now it is fitted. An all round wonderful experience. Easy clear and concise ordering process
Credit where credit is due. Very easy ordering process. I can highly recommend Frankly Flooring and their prices are very good. Simon was very helpful to sort out a payment issue quickly. (Payment went through but still showed as pending) Simon sorted that out within 2 hours.
I was kept updated with time scales re delivery. Literally just over 1 week from ordering I received my carpets. Can't fault them.
