We were greeted by Julie who helped us from start to finish choosing the right carpet long lasting and hard wearing, not something I know anything about. Choices made,quote prepared,fitter booked in. Easy-peasy. Thank you Julie for all you help and expert knowledge.

Our visit to Franks the Flooring store in Roker, Sunderland was brilliant! We were given a warm and friendly welcome and found all the staff very knowledgeable about all the variety of products available. The Manager, Warren, was especially helpful ensuring we understood the advantages and drawbacks with having our Shih Tzu dogs running around the house. He gave us excellent advice regarding the options that were available for the situation we’re in, talking us through every aspect, lots of which we hadn’t considered, to help us arrive at a brilliant decision. Excellent store, excellent choice, excellent advice!

Len was extremely helpful. We wanted a fluffy pink carpet, he walked the shop with us to show us options - some very pink but not as fluffy as we wanted then he found us the perfect one.
We got the paperwork and fitting all booked and now can’t wait for the fluffy pink carpet to arrive.

ive been going to the Bishop Auckland Franks for years , I wouldnt go anywhere else , most recent visit with Julie was just great , she's friendly, approachable and very helpful and I came away with exactly what I needed .

We visited the Bishop Auckland store recently and received excellent customer service from Julie. She went out of her way to research and organise delivery of some rugs that we bought.
She followed up our visit with phone calls to ensure delivery suited our requirements.

Franks in Guisborough had excellent service from Lorraine advising me on different carpets to bathroom flooring . Had excellent service from Alex and Nipper when they came to laying the carpets and fitting the flooring in the bathroom every thing was tidy when they left.

Thanks to Lorraine at the Guisborough store we've ordered carpets and flooring from there a few times she's always polite, knowlegeable and very helpful assisting us selecting the best products for our home...

Lorraine in the Guisborough store was brilliant from start to finish, she really took the time to find out exactly what it was we were looking for and gave us some great advice on the different colours and styles. We went in only needing a small area of wooden flooring and left with our whole home being red-carpet from top to bottom. 1st class service and we have already recommended Lorraine to family and friends who have also been in since to speak with her.

I'm hard of hearing but unfortunately forgot to bring my hearing aids. Jamie was incredibly polite and patient when dealing with me. He explained everything clearly and made me feel welcome in the store when it could have been so easy to be frustrated. What a sweet man.

I want to put complaint in about Jarrow store. Worst service. Shop staff are all utterly clueless and unhelpful. Was told on Thursday last week someone would come out to fix job not done correctly that day or the friday. No one came, no phone call. Called Saturday and was told to ring monday. We're now told to wait an extra 11 days because no one can come but no one told us this, we had to ring to find out and book it in. Clearly can't arrange a p*ss up in a brewery.
