Poor Operating Standards

I placed an order in !!!March!!! which I have yet to receive and has yet to be shipped out. On April 14 I received an email saying the package would be shipped “by or before next week.” Well, it never shipped out. There’s no customer service number so I couldn’t call about my order. Instead, a week ago I waited in a chat room for 20+ mins to speak with someone but no one ever came so I left my email. The person who replied was nice but let me know it was going to be another one-two weeks before my order would be shipped because things are “slightly delayed.” I am not sure of the company’s situation so I guess I can’t speculate but shipping an order out a month late does not seem “slightly delayed to me.” It just plainly sounds like bad business standards. I didn’t order much- only 4 items. Surely it can’t take long to package and ship that. But again, I don’t know their practices. It seems very unfair that they have taken my money and two months later I have nothing to show for it. If I ever get the package (lol), I will review/update this on the quality of it. I wish I would have read reviews before I ordered from them because I probably would not have. There are dozens of reports of bad quality and bad shipping practices. Now I’m worried the stuff will tarnish. This whole situation is exhausting. I hope I get my package and that the stuff isn’t junk.

I am VERY disappointed in this company

I am VERY disappointed in this company. I ordered a custom necklace over one month ago and STILL have not received it please be careful with this company. They also gave me a fake UPS number and said they shipped it and when l.put the number in the UPS tracking it was an unknown. I wish l had never ordered

This company is a joke

This company is a joke. Do not expect shipping on time or a good communication with customer service. I ordered for my daughter St Tropez huggies earnings with a free necklace. In the confirmation email it said “Please allow 48 hours for us to prepare your order and 5-7 business” Two weeks later and more than 7 business days I sent an email asking where was my order. First of all, they called me “BABE”! SERIOUSLY???They replied that they don’t have the free necklace and offered for me to wait or have a $20 gift card. So I have to ask them in order to understand that they don’t have the necklace. They can’t contact me apparently.
A week later, I still have not received a shipping confirmation. This is unacceptable. Stop buying from this company and let them run out of business. They don’t deserve our attention.

Cute and good experience

Recieved my package a couple of weeks following my purchase, with the item being just as described. Just not looking forward to it tarnishing. But overall, positive experience and very pretty jewellery.

Package expected to ship 53 days after I placed my order

I placed an order on January 20th for a star-crossed lover’s custom necklace with my boyfriend’s name, which came with a free choker. After placing my order, I received an email informing me it can take up to 30 days to prepare custom orders. Totally understood, would’ve liked to have seen that before I placed my order as I was not really expecting that and I had hoped to get it in time for Valentine’s Day, but whatever. It has been 42 days and after multiple emails that were either not responded to or had generic, less than helpful responses, I’m finally told my order “should ship out around March 13th.” So... maybe 53 days after I place my order. Hopefully. Who knows at this point? I’m just hoping I get it at all. No one has offered any condolences, I’ve asked multiple times and no one has sent me a coupon code or anything for the inconvenience—not that I would ever order from them again. Majorly disappointing from a company I was over the moon when I stumbled upon them.

The only reason I am giving one star is…

The only reason I am giving one star is because I HAVE TO. First off I am not so easily angered but wow has this company tested my limits. First it’s been 14 days since I put my order in getting that little email saying yay your order is being prepped! So excited right, we’ll let’s see. I email to ask the status and I get a auto generated response. That’s fine I get it. So I text when that doesn’t work I look up reviews on the company granted I should have done so before I purchase but they get great reviews on insta (should have been clue 1) anyway I called to get hung up “cut short” then called back to receive much attitude from the girl and then attitude from the supervisor. I am frustrated done and surprised they offered my a store credit refund haha. I did not appreciate having to call 3 times as well as get so heated so early in the morning. Go research for yourself. I don’t need to be the only one telling you not to purchase from this store. Head over to Etsy for some shop small gals with true gold plated jewelry that won’t tarnish in a day or leave you with a sour taste in your mouth. Happy shopping.

ABSOLUTE DISGRACE SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN! Am aghast at the customer service and atrocious delivery timeframes of this shambles of a company. DO NOT buy from them. They are the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. No delivery of the necklace after 5 weeks and nothing but a sarcastic unhelpful response from them. We want an immediate refund. Have read the jewellery is cheap and nasty breaks and tarnished. We have been missold and are currently looking into ways of formally reporting them

Worst company and customer service… RUDE

Worst company and customer service ever. I ordered a necklace 5 weeks ago and it has still not arrived. I contacted them through Instagram message to see where my parcel was because the tracking number they provided doesn’t exist and they replied ‘not sure love, you will have to contact DHL’. I told them it is a gift for Christmas and they didn’t care at all. Their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. I asked them if they can look into the tracking number because it isn’t correct and they have completely ignored me. I wish I had checked the reviews before ordering because I definitely wouldn’t have ordered. Terrible company. DO NOT ORDER.

Crazy poor quality with sky high prices

I have had terrible experiences with delivery, order fulfillment and customer service.
However, it must be stated that the jewelry design from Frasier sterling is absolutely beautiful but I am astonished in how low quality the materials they use are! They tarnish incredibly fast and are so cheap and flimsy, it's Instagram jewelry only!
I have bought from brands that charge 30% of the price with identical designs and the quality is so so much better.
Shocking they charge such high prices for such atrocious quality, Claire's stuff keeps better, shame because the designs are so beautiful. Not to mention their terrible organization and customer service.

I haven’t even received my package yet…

I haven’t even received my package yet but I can’t imagine what it’ll look like when it finally gets here. 54$ for a necklace that has been known to tarnish the first 3 days of having it. I attempted to email Frasiersterling 3 times with no response, I tried the instant reply service and the automated message doesn’t even answer my questions and simply tells me to email them. I’m tired of these games and just want to know WHERE my package is. DO NOT recommend.

Abhorrent customer service... and still waiting

Delivery times and tracking is inconsistent with policy. Any time I attempted to contact Frasier Sterling in regard to my order, I was always greeted with a terribly automated message that didn't address my message is anyway.

My concern has not been addressed and I still do not have my order.
