i purchased from them like mid march and early this month i read reviews and saw this business is practically a scam. so i proceed to email them 2 times to cancel my order which never got a response and on the 3rd time i got a email back that the items were out of stock (??? it didn’t mention that when i placed the order) and they didn’t acknowledge where i said in the email that i wanted to cancel the order. i got in touch with them through twitter and after offering me a $25 off coupon they finally agreed to cancel my order. if you want to cancel your order as well try through their twitter!! but definitely never ever again ordering from them again.

Ordered over one month ago and items still not arrived
I ordered three Frasier Sterling items. I live in Germany and I know that shipping is a bit more time-consuming as within the US. But I ordered over one month ago and never received any tracking information or something like this. So, I decided to write them an Email about it and the first answer I got was a triggered message. Then 10 days later I wrote another one and complained about the lack of given information. The only answer I got was an inappropriate „Hey babe“ and that they received a new restock of the items. On the website it never said that any of my ordered items was not available. Hopefully my order comes soon but I’m not going to order at Frasier Sterling again.

ridiculous shipping times
it has been 2 months since i placed my order. i have emailed multiple times, and each time been told that my rings were being shipped out. after two weeks when i emailed again, i was told there was another delay and my rings were being shipped out. after another two weeks, i emailed again, ans received the same information, though my rings never shipped out. it was repetitive, and i still have not received anything.

Super Unprofessional and Sneaky
Placed an order in February and still haven't received it 2 months later, with very few sporadic updates and apology emails sent to me during this time. The company then had the nerve to try to fix this situation by sending an email with a $25 off code on new orders to apologise/compensate for the long wait, despite previous orders still not having even been shipped out! Please prioritise your current orders before trying to rob people further by getting them to place more orders that you don't have the capacity to take on yet!

Glad I saw these reviews beforehand
I’m glad I read these reviews before purchasing anything. Here are the red flags I noticed that inclined me to look up customer reviews:
1. I noticed that a pair of their butterfly earrings looked EXACTLY the same as a pair I purchased for $2 off Shein. It’s common for companies to take cheap, fast fashion products and rebrand them as their own just to upcharge (and Frasier seems to do this with all of their jewelry).
2. I made an account and every 3 days received a text for 30, 40, 50% off my order; that is wildly uncommon for a company to do. But since their jewelry is extremely cheap to produce, they have no issue giving people massive discounts— they are making a huge profit regardless.
Basically, if it seems too good to be true, it is. If you want cheap jewelry for the same quality & way better price, just actually shop at places like Shein— it’s unethical but at least you’re guaranteed a tracking number then & you’re not getting scammed.

Not worth the money at all
Ring turned my finger green. I’ve literally had it off for over a week now and still can’t get all the green completely off my finger! Not to mention I never got it wet and it still started to turn brownish within a week of wearing it. They also delete every comment that isn’t positive on their socials and their costumer service is horrible.

This is my second time buying in frasier sterling. First time I bought two necklaces, presentation everything was nice, after my FIRST time having a quick shower with my $40 HELLA expensive necklace, it turn BROWN. SO ANNOYING!!! Now, I bought some rings as a gift to a friend because a friend told me they were nice but guess what THEY ARE NOT OUT FOR YET. THEY ARE NOT EVEN READY TO GET SHIPPED AND THIS WAS A GIFT. Very disappointed
Very disappointed. I ordered the smiley loungewear set after seeing it on Instagram in February and I was under the impression it would be delayed just a little. Then after several weeks I reached out via email to inquire only to be told it would ship out that week. It never did. I then called their customer service number and was told March 25th. That date has come and gone with no email. I have reached out again to cancel.

This is a horrible business
This is a horrible business. My order has taken 2 months, the telephone number doesnt even work, and they didnt even respond to my emails with actions. All they did was apologize for the delay...which is completely useless for a buyer. Do NOT buy from here, save yourself the hassle.

Buyer Beware
I don't often write a bad review, but buyer beware. I placed my order 12/13/20 and received it 2/9/21. Now, ONE of my items was considered custom, but it is the Mix-tape necklace and just a matter of someone picking the charms out that my daughter chose. One of the rings (Heart You ring) is very cute, the other (Lover Babe ring) looks like it came out of a gumball machine, in my opinion. They did eventually respond to emails regarding status of my order, but I was told over and over "my order is about to be shipped." To placate me, they did offer a $25.00 credit on a second order, but then put an expiration date on when it could be used by. I will not purchase from this company again.

I never received my order from 4 months ago. I bought a Christmas gift from them and it was never shipped. Absolute worst experience I have ever had with a company since they STILL will not refund me, fulfill the order, or even answer my emails at this point. Rediculous!

DO THE RIGHT THING
It is a worst company for fake jewelry don't buy from them, If you did just refund your money and at this case they will refuse your refund so you should go to your bank and ask for chargeback, When you done that just give it one star here like I'm doing right now, optional steps report them to FTC ,econsumer and other organizations that care about customers got scammed like me and you by this store
REMEMBER
Report them on social media doesn't help at all and they actually do not care, plus begging them for a refund is not a right step to do, just hurt them as much as you can through reports them through those organizations and charge your money back immediately after asking them a refund which they will refuse it.

i will spare the details but this is the worst company i’ve ever ordered from in terms of item quality and customer service. also the longest shipping ordeal nightmare of my online shopping career
first it took 4 months to get my package and it wasn’t even my package that showed up, my order was $150 of jewelry and this was one initial necklace with the wrong initial. They refused a refund and gave me store credit which i was not happy about. After MONTHS AGAIN of waiting and waiting it had been almost 9 months since my order before any of the pieces arrived and i was literally mind blown by how cheap the quality was. almost everything arrived broken or broke while i was putting it on. i’m not even kidding, the heart earrings broke, cherub necklace and earrings broke, initial necklace broken. Do not waste your money on this scam company

Awful experience, I ordered online in last May, supposed to receive the package in July. Never received it and no tracking number. They resent it in September, half of the order was missing. I had to wait 5 months in total to receive the whole thing... and what a disappointment! Awful quality, the supposed gold platted thing was gone in... 1 week! DO NOT ORDER ANYHTING FROM THEM
